The wash was INCREDIBLE! My stylist, whose name is escaping me right now, was very thorough and checked in often to see if temperatures and pressure were good. The style itself was very much like the photo I showed her, and the owner, Sam, followed my stepmom's instructions very closely. My stepmom loves the style- and she's very hard to please so it's a big compliment. I took off a point because I didn't see any stylists use any heat protectant at any point, which worried me a bit. There's also almost an excessive amount of hair spray on both of our heads, although I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. Every other customer in there seemed to be really enjoying themselves and seemed to really like the staff, which is fair because they're all very nice. Please be aware that they are CASH ONLY! I didn't know that until I was there. It wasn't an issue for us, but that's the only form of payment they take.
