Third time that I take my son and different hairdressers screw up his cut, I couldn't tell when I left because the lady (Desiree I believe was her name) put gel in his hair but after he shower It's was so freaken obvious. I am really disappointed in this location. We have been coming over 4 years and have never had any issue until now. They are mandating that my 2 year old daughter wear a mask, when it clear states in CDC law that children under the age of two do not have too. I am disappointed because there manager argued with me and I called the owner of the location and he didn't answer. I am disappointed because this location is making exception to the CDC required mandates and law. We checked in and my son still have to wait outside for 30 mins. I am done with this place. Customer retention should be the main focus when it comes to presentation, and service. Communication here is not adequate enough for customer service. Please train staff to be more patient, and understanding. Everyone comes here with different needs, and a well known company should hold the standards they portray. read more

I brought my son here for his first haircut. He just turned one so I was a bit hesitant about getting his hair cut here. We were in the area so we decided to stop in. I would just like to say the woman who cut my son's hair was so patient!!! My son of course would not sit still. I held him standing while she cut away. He screamed and kept moving, but she kept doing her thing. It didn't phase her one bit! I was extremely happy with the outcome. His hair looks so cute! I had asked that she cut it with scissors only. It came out better than I was expecting. She made sure we were satisfied with the cut before we left. We will be back next time when he's due for another trim. read more

Okay, so I go here and I will only see Nicholas since Leonore is no longer there. I am so glad I let him do my sons hair, that I let him do my hair. FYI, I haven't cut my hair in a few years. He is awesome. I love my new hair and have gotten so many compliments. Nicholas is soooooooooo my new favorite, I will definitely be only seeing him. My mother and I went in to have haircuts yesterday. My mom fell on the slippery flooring they have, they tried to say that my mom fell on some hair that was on the floor that is not true the floor was super shiny and must of had a wax job on it, and none of the employees bothered to offer help or call 911, my mom is a senior citizen and Mexican, I can guarantee if the other lady that was a senior citizen that was white would of fallen they would of been trying to help or call 911, these people do not care, do not do service with them. something happens to you at the store they will NOT OFFER HELP, my mom asked for the manager so we can file a incident report she never came out we were just given the owners card and was told that the owner would contact us, here we are the next day and still no phone call. My mom has a swollen ankle and bruising and her knee also has the same swollen and bruising. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE NOT TREATED THE SAME THERE AT GREAT CLIPS. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION because we are Mexican. read more

Do not go here!! I came in with a picture of Heidi Klum when she had a lob. The lady, whose name I can't remember but I know it started with a 'D', did not give me the cut I wanted. She cut my hair above my shoulders. That's not a lob! She took the scissors and went around my head and when she was done she asked me how I liked it as if she were finished. I pointed out that one side was obviously longer than the other and that it was choppy. I could tell she was annoyed with the fact that she had to fix her mistakes. After she went over it again it still looked choppy and uneven. I was so annoyed with this lady I just paid and left. read more

Walked in here to get my hair straightened before leaving town. It was mid-morning. I was quoted $15 for a style and then another stylist spoke up and said it would be 30 because my hair was to long (it is right below my shoulders). I agreed and the guy was checking me in when the same stylist looked at me and rudely said we can't see her today we are short handed. They had 2 people ahead of me and I would have waited. Regardless of the length of time I would have waited it should have been my choice. She was rude and lost a customer. read more
