We walked through the closest, but incorrect, door and was greeted so pleasantly by a stylist who graciously helped find out who was taking care of my client so she wasn't needing to move around a lot. The stylist that took my client, Alana, was so patient. She explained what she was doing, she engaged in great conversation and was accommodating for my clients needs during the cut. At the Hamburg location, the nails section was all upstairs. They had relaxing music playing and the waiting room was decorated to be super modern and almost cosmopolitan glam. I didn't have to wait long. Everyone wore a mask appropriately. They had a great selection of polish. The manicure and pedicure was great. Lots of moisturizing treatments with warm gloves and paraffin wax. They offered coffee, yea, or water during the pedicure. Everything was really clean and sanitized in between clients. This experience was also on target with what you would pay at some of the local competitors, like Kim Lee or young nails and the experience was just much more elegant and relaxing.

The receptionist(s) cut you off when you call, act disinterested & short. And god help you if you need to call and change an appointment. She has a great attention to detail and personality. I have been a client of Jen for a couple years now and she recently relocated to Mainly Hair in Hamburg. Even with her move she still delivers the same great services. Jen does not just specialize in men's hair but I've also seen her deliver phenomenal services to women and children as well.
