Usually go to the location in Gun Barrel but this location was on the way home and decided to try it out. I told the lady I wanted a 0 and a 2 on the sides with a medium fade. She immediately cuts the top of my head with a 2. I told her that I didn't want the top cut and I said just cut my whole head due to her messing up my hair. She messed up my hair more and I told her I just want to go... she charges me the whole $18, which I paid. Never will go here again!!! read more

Now let me begin that I have never been in this establishment or any stores like this before so my review should be as unbiased as it can be. First of all I had asked for a low taper edgar with a design of the mexican flag on the back. Somehow my barber who I didnt get the name of had messed up horribly on my what I would consider a fairly simple haircut. The lady did not know what she was doing and I should have left. She didn't even want to wet my hair. Stated the shorter your hair the thinner it looks. Absolutely horrible. It was extremely cheap and should have know when I walked in to not stay. She literally took 5 minutes and was done. Me and my dad came here to get a hair cut for him and my brother. There were 2 lady's working and it said on the screen that is was my brothers turn, but a different man came in and they did his hair first! On the door it said they closed at 7:00 but they closed at 6:00, my dad never got his hair done but they dis my brothers, spoiler alert it came out uneven. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! read more

There were 3 stylists and they were hollering over the top of their clients head, cursing and gossiping about another stylist that worked there..They were constantly texting on their cellphones ...The one older lady went out for a smoke break 3 times within 45 minutes and smelled disgusting....The other stylist left 2 or 3 times to go get drinks and bring back...Why is there not a coke machine for the customers ? The haircuts I saw were sloppy and not professional at all....I was not impressed with my cut and will never go back..I don't know who the manager is but they should have called in 2 more stylists to keep up with the number of bookings that day....This salon was not calming or relaxing, it was noisy and unprofessional.... read more

The gentleman who cut my daughters hair was wonderful. But there is an old lady in here cutting hair and she is just plain RUDE and NASTY!! Somebody came in and asked how long of a wait and she said o hell I don't know 20 minutes. I will not be back because of her and she didn't even touch my child's hair. read more

I went today to get my hair cut at Great Clips in Kaufman. I was a little emotional I just had my fathers funeral. The bangs needed to be cut a little further back The stylist was nice but I guess I was not clear. I started tearing up, lets face it I am still emotional. I never raised my voice once but since the sylist was having trouble getting it right she went and got the manager. The manger was ugly from the onset. I ask her to cut me some slack my father just died and she told me that was no excuse for my behavior. She would not listen to anything I had to say. She finally said she could not make me happy and I needed to leave. I agreed. If everything ended here I would just leave and not go back but it did not. As I was walking out the door she said my bangs were not cut right because I was bald. She said this in front of all the customers.. I walked back in the door and told her what ever had happened she did not have the right to call me bald Why would any one running a shop think it would ever be ok to call a client bald because she was angry. read more

Skill level of the stylist are awful. Cut my bangs way shorter than what I showed. Ask for my hair to be curled. She curled from the bottom and I ended up looking like I walked out of the 60's. I will never go back!! read more

I'm just like anybody, on a tight schedule most of the time. I don't know if I have time to stop for a haircut or not, but last Friday I decided to check a Great Clips and only two people were there so I figured about 15 minutes of waiting. About 15 minutes of waiting, a lady walked in and they told her she was next in line. I couldn't believe they completely disregarded me and the next fellow in line. WTF? I told the receptionist I didn't agree with their policy and I left. I will never go back to a business that allows lazy people to cut in line because they don't feel low enough to wait in line like everyone else. read more
