When I called, I was told she wasn't available Saturday but had an opening Friday at 10:30, which I booked and received a confirmation text for with Christina. When we arrived, no one introduced the stylist or mentioned any change. My daughter was taken back, and we went through the entire appointment under the impression she was with Christina. The haircut itself was not what was requested. My daughter brought reference photos, but the bangs were cut far too short and uneven, and the layering was incorrect. It was only after we left that I realized the stylist was not Christina at all. The business card we were handed when leaving said "Bailey," who isn't even listed on their website. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. If a client books with a specific stylist, they should be clearly informed of any changes beforehand. We would not have booked this appointment otherwise. To make matters worse, I reached out to the salon via email weeks ago to resolve this and never received any response. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, nothing. This appointment was for my daughter's birthday, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Based on both the service and the complete lack of accountability afterward, I would never recommend this salon.

She listened to what I wanted, asked for photos, and was honest with her input. Couldn't ask for more! The facility is nice, updated, and clean and I was surprised to see a store within it with jewelry, bags, and clothes in addition to the usual hair and beauty care. They have a table at the door where you must sign in, answer COVID questions, and have your temp taken prior to washing your hands. Masks are required with very few wearing under nose or as a chin strap. My haircut and highlight took about 2.5 hours total and was was a relaxing and pleasant experience. I signed up for $115 partial highlight and cut and ended up spending $160. (+tip) Not exactly sure where the additional charge came in. I love my hair and it no longer looks like a mousy brown limp noodle. It just would have been nice to know that additional charges beyond the expected would be tacked on. If you go there, you should also anticipate some pretty heavy product pushing for hair care products (expected at almost any salon, of course). Overall great experience. I will be back to Mariah. She brought my hair back to life!

Emily put a full set of lashes on my eyes when salons opened after lock down. I honestly didn't…read morereally know anything about lash extensions etc and she walked me through it and they were perfect. I was hooked. This service was $80. I didn't know that this was a special one time price. Fast forward, Emily filled in my lashes several times and they were awesome every single time. I ended up having to quarantine with different family members a few times due to COVID and missed having my lashes filled in. By the time, I could come back I needed another full set but Emily wasn't available. They booked me with someone else and I didn't even ask what the price was. I just assumed it would be the same or close. Nope, when it came time to check out I was told it would be $145. I spoke at length with Jason and maybe he was having a bad day but he basically told me that they had plenty of business. He did end up giving me $15 off and I left. When I got home I was surprised when I really looked at my lashes and saw what a shoddy job had been done on them. I was disappointed but just decided to let it go. Less than a week later almost every (much more expensive) lash was gone. I paid a lot more for my second set of lashes here and they were a complete waste of money and I, too am a small business owner. If you do decide to use this salon for lashes, ask for Emily and just wait until she has an opening. She is great and takes her time to make sure you leave happy. They are lucky to have her. I hate that I can't go back to her but I can't support this business again. Jason answered my review on Google but never tried to contact me so I had no idea that they would try to fix the shoddy lash job. I had barely any lashes left (they were not very full to begin with but I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings) in just a few days. I actually had friends ask me why I hadn't gotten my lashes done because everyone had gotten used to how great they looked. I never one time had this problem when Emily did my lashes.
