Our hair all came out really nice for the wedding and the girls working were so sweet and helpful. They even brought out some snacks and drinks for us while we sat there which was so kind, as well as little goodie bags at the end. She took time during my initial consultation to look at photos I brought, to discuss what my I wanted in terms of highlights and cut. The appointment for my cut and highlights was one of the best experiences I've had at a salon. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and offered water while I waited since I arrived very early. She answered my questions about the products they offer. I also had the pleasure of observing her interact with other clients. She was the perfect blend of efficiency and kindness. McKenna was right on time for my appointment. She reviewed the things we discussed during my initial consultation to make sure I didn't want to make any changes to the plan. Then it was on to the highlight process. I'm very happy with the results as well as the cut itself. McKenna has the best personality and made the time fly by. She made me feel comfortable and confident right from the start. I highly recommend this salon and McKenna. I feel I finally found "my" salon. The salon itself is beautiful and bright. The atmosphere in the salon was relaxed and pleasant. I think you can "feel" a heaviness when there is tension between employees and there was none of that at all. I called on a Saturday morning and asked if it would be possible for them to see me that day to get a cut and a highlight. I understood this might not be possible due to the short notice, but they went out of their way to squeeze me in. When I got to Fusion the staff was friendly and personable. I had my hair cut by Kathy and she did a great job and made sure I got what I wanted. The price was also great. I've been charged up to $125 for a cut and highlight at some places. Here just $80. If you are looking for a place to get your hair cut in the Wesley Chapel/Land O Lakes area definitely check out Fusion.

After my hair was overprocessed, she chopped it and said she couldn't tell which was relaxed and which was new growth. Wish she said that BEFORE. My hair was down my back before the chop and was only to my shoulders and breaking when I left. Never again! I do not reccommend. Edit: Definitely not a fake review. Those that do post reviews probably wouldn't take the time to respond. You probably don't remember me because I never went back. Once was enough for me. You can call this a fake review if it makes you feel better but I sincerely hope you have learned how to do hair properly since then.
