I have been seeing Heather for 4 years. She is an Amazing Hairstylist! She is very professional and listens to what you would like in a style, color etc. I see how she works with her staff and other clients. She has a big heart and takes pride in her work. Here for a tournament and my son was in desperate need of a haircut. He's very particular about what he wanted and was a bit nervous about going somewhere new. We were able to make a same day appointment with AV (Ashley), and he showed her a picture of what he wanted and she executed it perfectly! Called and asked if they had time for a walk-in and was told yes. Gave my name, drove over in 5 minutes ans was told it was a 20 minute wait. The receptionist tells me with an air of I don't give a $$it we can't save a spot. The best part was as I was walking out was her, have a nice day, that overly sweet and fake. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Okay so I was growing my hair right. When it got to my upper lip and when I flipped it to the left side of the head it felt long. You might think this has nothing to do with the review but you'll find out later. When I got inside the salon I was greeted by this nice lady. When I sat down on the chair I noticed, that there was a sticker that said: no more split ends. It promises the salon will remove split ends. But guess what? I still have split ends. And now that I think about it it was actually 1/2 of the lady's fault my hair is like this. She said she was going to even out my hair. She didn't. She cut off probably 1/8 to a 1/4. Of a inch of. Probaly 2/8 of an inch. . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY WILL NOT GET RID OF YOUR SPLIT ENDS read more

Watch your receipts!!! Came in for the 14.95 cut. Joanne barely did anything except trim a little-not even enough to sweep up. Told her I wanted a cut-just something cute. She said my hair was like a shag cut, and they're making a comeback (right,sure). Disappointed, paid and even said take a 5.00 tip.Look at my receipt later, Joanne helped herself to 19.00 tip! When I went back, I said why would I give you a tip that was more than the bill, she says I just thought you were being nice. Really? You didn't do a damn thing for the 14.95 and I wasn't made to feel welcome-more interested in the girl in the other chair, but you think I want to give you a BIG tip? Ha! When she did give me my money back, she made sure she kept out the 5.00 tip instead of letting me determine that. Not a place I would ever revisit. read more

Wow!!! I saw Heidi for a cut and color. She did an AMAZING job!! My highlights have never looked better or more natural. She asked what I was looking for and then discussed a plan with me. My overall experience here was okay, but I won't go back. I was a walk-in customer and waited about 10-15 minutes before I was called back by Ashley (blonde, glasses, tattoos). She asked me what I wanted and I showed her pics. I had about 6 inches cut off of my hair and the work she did was okay. However, after she finished cutting, she was like okay, do you want any product in your hair? I said okay, but can you blow it dry? She said NO, I have an appointment waiting. WTF? Why did you take a customer if you had an appointment coming, or at least inform me FIRST that you could only cut and not finish my style?!? There were 3 other stylists working and I could've waited for one of them if I had known I would only be given partial service and sent to the street with wet hair. Never again. read more
