The service at this great clips is awful out of the all the great clips I have been to because for one they are slow and the lady cutting my hair was horrible and you can tell she has no idea or experience in what she was doing and on top of that she was constantly asking another barber to fix and finish my hair and also she was constantly shaking the clipper and she asked the another barber have you have this guy hair before I looked and I was disappointed it is clear she never did hair and as well as black hair she should look for something else and stay out of other people hair avoid this place at all cost if you want a good hair cut read more

They are still practicing safety so try to check in online and please wear a mask when you go in (they have a sign on the door about that). I have been there several times. I have a daughter (4) and a son (10). They always have always provided great and consistent haircuts. My son has very fine hair and if his fade is off, it is very easy to tell. When I am there, they ask me whether I want the same haircut and when they are done they confirm that I like it. My daughter is 4 and has had 2 haircuts there. One was today.They have always been very kind and gentle with her. Her hair is also thin and uneven due to her pulling hair clips out, as a toddler, resulting in bald spots. The spots are now growing in and today I was very nervous about allowing my husband to take my daughter in without me. I am growing her bangs to be thinner rather than chunked bangs, I wanted a trim but to keep the length to even out with the shorter her pieces. This is the same this was the same as the first time,minus the bangs. I know.. specific.. I have standards..please don't judge me:/ I had to stay home and gave my husband specific instructions. "Like last time, a trim to keep as much length as possible, but keep shorter bangs rather then chunk them." My husband left and I prayed, for his sake, that my baby didn't look like the baby on despicable me when she came back, she was perfect. My sons fade was great, but her... I was shocked!! It was perfect. She's in bed so, no pictures. I'll update this review with a pic when she's awake. The benefit is when you come in without checking in online.. if it is empty, you go right in. If it's not, they give priority to those that checked in online. If you check in online the wait is minimal. The lady who cut my hair was super kind but how she cut my hair was not how I wanted it. I get my hair cut once or twice a year and I can't seem to find a place that knows how to cut my hair into a V shape with layers anymore. I'm always told that they know how to cut into a V shape when I ask but, each time my hair cut is done it's cut into a U shape and so whenever they ask if I like it i tell them yeah only because I don't want them to cut my hair into a shorter U! &! A little more than I like to pay but worth it for them to accurately track how I like my hair cut and allowing me to check in online so that I can walk right in and be seen right away versus a long wait. It's like reservations at a restaurant and if you can't handle that don't be upset when the people show up with a reservation for a set time and are seen at that reserved time when they show. If you don't like the reservation system that's great, go elsewhere and be a walk in. Ok... Yet again I find myself laughing as I walk in the door I'm asked whether or not I have checked in online... I laughed at the woman and asked why that would be necessary... What is wrong with these establishments... Now onto the real problem... I " checked " in at the establishment at the front counter, waited about 10 minutes and was asked if my name was lets just say " Mr. Z " to which I replied no... And then she asked if my son was ready... I replied yes!!! Just then " Mr. Z " walked in the door... Mr. Z was on his way to the chair... Now... I'm not a very irritable man but when you are standing and walking back to the chair it pisses even me off that I have to wait because " Mr. Z " who signed in online just so happens to stroll through the door... Not quite sure I understand the process... Anyways it seems that if you sign in online 5 minutes before you walk in the door you will jump ahead of those that sign in at the door...
