I have been coming to Supercuts since I was 8 years old. Normally Kathy cuts my hair she is amazing at her job and I always get what I came there for, but today Kathy wasn't there I don't know her name but I said keep the sides twice before my hair cut and when I tell you the first thing she did was cut the sides so I'm already pissed off 5 seconds into my hair cut and I couldn't see because I was faced towards the lobby for the some reason and not the mirror if I was faced towards I would have been able to stop her. Also I asked her to texture my hair at least 6 times and I still had to remind her at the end. read more

Today I went to get my hair cut. It was a very short wait. My stylist was Aniyah. She was amazing! From the relaxing wash to the hair cut, she listened to what I was asking for, even looking at a picture that I had of a previous haircut. I would highly recommend Aniyah! read more

I've been coming here for several years and always get excellent service. Kathy is absolutely amazing. I always get compliments on my hair. I tell everyone I go to this Super Cuts. There can be a wait at times, but that's the price we pay for being able to decide at the last minute to get a haircut. But the wait it worth it. read more

If I could give a zero I would, and being honest with you I don't really make reviews but this really upset me. Me and my son came here to get haircuts, we both regularly come here. We wait which is fine, another hairdresser comes in which I believe is the manager, she has the short black hair and has cut my hair multiple of times. I inform her that both me and my son are getting haircuts and she immediately replies with an attitude and says "your gonna have to stand in the front you are NOT allowed to be back here while his hair is being cut". I'm shocked for two reasons, one is the instantaneous attitude we were given for absolutely for reason, two is the fact that we both have been here before and never had that problem. I informed her that we have been here before and I have always been back with him while he gets his hair cut and she insists while holding this attitude that it is company policy and a federal law. I still in ah I proceed to get my haircut because we were running out of time. While getting my hair cut, another customer walks in and had questions and needed a service done, what does the hairdresser do, starts to be rude to the other customer. At this point I just want my hair to be done and just leave. I have been getting my haircut there for years and I'm well aware my business here is just a speck of dust on the franchise, but I will no longer be getting my hair cut here. I understand policy, but when you are rude and continue to be, that's how you lose customers and especially ones that have been around for a while read more

Not a place I would visit again, and honestly I'm upset I had to give this place any money at all. Reading all the other reviews, they all almost mention the same woman that I also had an issue with. Her name is Kathy. She was immediately rude to me, and laughed at the picture I showed her of how I wanted her to cut my hair and said that it "must have been a bad at home hair cut because it looks so terrible, and I definitely wouldn't want her to do that to me" even though yeah, that's exactly what I wanted to pay someone to do . She then proceeds to do almost nothing to my hair even though I asked her for multiple different lengths of layers. Then tries to upsell me on some product I'm sure doesn't even work. Girl, I don't want to buy anything extra from you, let alone even pay for the thing you tried to pass off as a haircut. read more

This place is ridiculous. Stood there with no other customers in sight while 3 female employees ignored me. My time is valuable. I'm being generous by giving them 1 star. My suggestion is set an alarm clock every 10 minutes or so to wake yourselves up, since you do have a business to run and customer satisfaction SHOULD be your highest priority not mental nap time. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I went in for a cut. I was going on vacation and wanted to lighten up the weight on my hair. I have naturally curly hair that is very thick, but I do like to wear it straight often. I went in with it curly so the stylist would know what she is working with. She asked how I wanted it cut and I told her, I want the back layer (near my bra strap) cut off and to basically be the same length my other layer (a smidge below my shoulders) was. And that I only wanted my bang area trimmed (it was past my shoulders as well) because I had been growing them out from my previous year of thinking I wanted bangs. She said she could handle that, and it seemed like a pretty easy, simple request to me. I removed my glasses and she started cutting away. We were chatting and my hair was feeling a lot lighter so I glanced at myself in the mirror (big blur with no glasses) so I started looking down on the ground, and she laughed and told me not to look down there, she was almost done. When she got finished, I put my glasses on and almost cried. She had cut off all my hair!!! I mean, cut it all off!! She made layers and the shortest layer was just over an inch long. Hello, I have CURLY HAIR!! She could see that she made a big mistake and was asking what she could do to fix it. I was trying to remain calm, but told her there was really no way to fix this since she cut it all off. I told her that maybe straightening it would help make it look better. So she straightened it, which did absolutely nothing to make it better. I just had a pixie haircut. When I checked out, the total came to almost $40!!! She charged me $1 a minute to straighten my hair, which I didn't originally want, but did request for her to do since she did such a bad job on the cut. I paid her and left in tears. DO NOT use this place for a haircut. They ask what you want done, and do the exact opposite. read more
