Jen, the proprietor, has years of experience in Connecticut and worked for a popular salon down the road. She gives clients what they want, and when they're unsure, she offers practical suggestions. To my surprised, especially as I walked in my hair not done, looking a total mess. I needed a haircut desperately. It had been over 6 months. When I met Brian he was very friendly I could see he's very professional & sweet but best of all he is truly a wonderful hair stylist Brian did my hair so quickly & yet such a great cut. I only went in for a bottle spray cut. On Thursday I had my hair cut & Colored & She put 4 strands of sparkle in my hair the bill was over $100 & I always give her a 20% tip. 2 Days later I go back to her for her to add a few more sparkles in my hair, which would have taken maybe 10-15 minutes. She says "I am too busy, I got a foil job & a cut to do, sorry." She didn't even ask me if I could wait and she could squeeze me in.
