I felt like it was meant to be because it just all worked out so well and booking online was so easy. I booked a 90 minute appointment with Bitali for the Moisturizing Head Spa service. The location was easy for me to find because I know the area well, but if you're unfamiliar I put up photos of the door and its relation to a business that's easy to spot from the street. It's the door just to the left of Jersey's Pizza. The stairs lead you up to the hallway where you'll wait. She opens the door right at the time of your service. I liked the energy in the waiting area. The hallway is filled with business doors where women are getting their hair or nails done. There are also some aestheticians who have doors in the hallway. I liked the chatter from all the ladies taking care of themselves. It is a very joyful and beautiful space. Once I was in the room, I was greeted and instructed to remove my top clothing and sit in the chair with my towel robe. Bitali did a visual assessment with a scalp camera and explained what we were looking at throughout. After that I laid out and she went to work. It was so relaxing! I savored every minute of peace I had laying there. After the final rinse out, I got back in the chair to do a reassessment of my scalp. I got dressed and left with my hair wet. Once it dried out, my hair was the softest it's ever been. The whole experience was well worth it. I feel great and will be back regularly!

I would argue this was better than a therapy session. If you're dealing with a lot of stress, just had a baby or just need a good scalp reset, Bitali is your girl! I was totally speechless when she asked how it was for me because I was insanely relaxed after she was done. I hope I get to do this again soon!

I am consistently impressed with the exceptional service at this Great Clips location. I have been a client with Andrea for the past two years, whose professionalism and care are outstanding. My son, who is on the autism spectrum, has been receiving haircuts from Andrea since he was two years old. Her remarkable patience and kindness have made each visit a positive experience. I have followed Andrea throughout her career because of her dedication and skill. The entire staff at this salon is equally commendable, demonstrating patience and attentiveness. They are very understanding of my son's preference for Andrea and ensure he feels valued by accommodating his needs. But I shared a few photos of hairstyles we liked and the stylist (Veronica) got to work. First, Veronica was so good with my kids. One was bummed to be getting a haircut, worried it would be too short bc he wants a longer haired surfer look. Veronica won him over by asking his favorite tv show and letting him watch it on the tv! She gave him the perfect fresh cut. He got to keep the beachy vibe and I got to see his chlorine-damaged split ends disappear! My other son has sensory issues and usually gets anxious about haircuts, especially the electric clippers. But it was def time to clean up his hair! He seemed comfortable with Veronica and I noticed that she was careful about not scraping the clippers up the back of his head or anything. So. I was only planning to get my kids' hair cut, but the stylist did such a good job with them and the prices were tempting enough that I sheepishly asked if she had time for me too. Veronica is such a gem that she agreed and I was so happy with the long bob she set me up with. I will be back and I will definitely be recommending friends and family to try this salon, too!
