I was a bit worried as I saw more male customers than female, but Veronica reassured me that ladies also visit, just not at the time I was there. I just needed a hair cut, no-fuss, and at a reasonable price, and I got that. I didn't even wait too long either. Veronica was my hair cut stylist at that time, and she was nice and helpful with suggestions, and I even got a coupon for the next visit. Really enjoyed the experience! Back-to-back cuts in which I simply ask for a low fade and get a clearly un-faded line on ONE SIDE of my head, and a decent fade on the other. First time I went back but after this second time? Nah. I'm out. This time it was butchered so badly it could not be fixed. I'm simply waiting for it to grow back out some. Wanna roll the dice on your haircut? Go for it. I recommend paying a little more and going to a barber shop or a salon unless you like to gamble with your hair. read more

Overflowing with no place to sit on the day we came and the petite blonde girl working there has an attitude problem-She was extremely rude greeting me and my kids and then to my 9 year old- said she was pushing and grabbing him and being ugly with him to move while trying to get a haircut. She didn't say a word afterword, just another ugly glare and annoyed stance. I suppose he was leaning one way or another. No reason to be mean, just ask nicely. If a kid can tell your being rude---Your being rude. Get a grip on that attitude! The other ladies there seemed perfectly fine and cheerful. Too bad one bad apple spoils the bunch! read more

Nice and convenient, close to home and you can't beat that. The wait is never long, even when there busy. I've been here more than a few times now and have really only ever had 1 bad cut, not horrible and it was fixed to my liking. Can't beat getting the $6 cut coupons in the mail; just wish they came more frequently!!! The stylist are always super nice and attentive to your request. I have never been so upset leaving a hair salon. I went in asking for my hair to be curled. It was washed and dried and I explained I had a funeral and a birthday party to attend. "Emily" didn't speak to me the whole time and kept me facing dish ally so I never could see my hair. Needless to say she barely curled it, and only the bottom! I was so upset and when I got home it was mostly flat. $35 wasted! I will never be back. read more

My husband and two boys get their haircuts here. Online check in makes it a very great place when it's busy, very short wait times! There are a couple ladies here who never fail to satisfy with haircuts, a couple aren't horrible but not great. We try to get Anne when we can, she is great! I've recently discovered this location, as it's hidden behind Kroger. I've had my haircut by 3-4 different stylists and they've all done a great job, remembering the way I had it cut on my prior visit even though they may not have been my stylist that time. I've also never had to wait more than 3-5 minutes and the cuts themselves are rarely more than 15-20 minutes. Great place! read more

I have been going to this location since it opened and unfortunately it has seen a decline in the past several months. Constant rotation of stylists with no consistency and poor customer service. Latest experience was after using their online check-in, I walk in and am the first person on the list. The person working the front counter verifies my name and all seems good, with my name still at the top of the list. Two minutes later she asks me for my phone number (which was already in the system as I checked in online). Odd question, but ok. Next thing I know, four other people show up, verify they checked in online and then each one was taken back for a haircut while I sat there. I finally realized I had been kicked to the bottom of the list without so much as an explanation or apology. What should have been an immediate haircut caused me to sit idle for an additional 15 minutes waiting on others that were in the que behind me. I use Great Clips BECAUSE of their online check in system, which is supposed to save you time. Time is money. I will waste no further time at this location and they will see no more of my money. In fact, I wasted more time on this review than the place is worth. read more

Poor service. Created account checked in with a 10 minute wait. Got there with 5 minutes to spare. No greeting no hello even though at least half of them looked at me enter. After other customers were taken care the ladies started going straight to the back maybe for a break or lunch. No problem I can wait but then a customer comes in is greeted and shown to a chair. She forgot to do what I asked of her and made it short like the rest of my hair. My haircut is ruined because my hair looks like a fucking Frankenstein because of her.
