I said no many times. She finally said okay 130 for the roots. Finish up, she's brushing my hair out. Brown spots EVERYWHERE. I ask her to please go over the spots very nicely she acted suprised. While she was doing it, I pulled up my hair to show her more and more spots. She said it'll give it "definition" with the little spots. She lightly put some bleach on and said wait for 5 minutes. after abou 5 minutes of waiting, I looked at the back of my hair. My roots were completely yellow and brown. I told her hey this is still really brown and she got really mad. She stared complaining saying that I don't know what I'm talking about and she's the hair expert. My mom and I have done my hair for years. Never EVER has it been this bad. And my mom isn't a stylist AT ALL. And does a lot better job. I had not treated myself to a salon day in three years and the grays and dead ends were proof! Helen made the color look very natural and the shade complimented my skin tone very well. She made me look ten years younger! It's hard for me to tell that I have a son who is nearing his thirties. I had thought to have my hair straightened but Helen suggested waves - the results show she is a true artist with a keen eye for style.
