HOWEVER, I was absolutely not expecting to pay this much for a basic acrylic fill given the location and service. The advertised price for an acrylic refill was $35. That's already around what I expected to pay for the service plus tip. I understand paying extra for gel polish, although I personally feel gel polish should be fairly standard with an acrylic service in 2026. But the pricing breakdown is where this really became ridiculous: * Acrylic refill: $35 * Gel polish: +$15 * "Length": +$10 * Subtotal: $60 * Tip: +$10 * Total: $70 So a service advertised at $35 somehow became $70. For comparison, that is getting close to what I would expect to pay for an entirely new Gel-X set back home. And the $10 "length" charge makes absolutely no sense to me. I did NOT ask for additional length. The length of my nails was not adjusted or extended, and there was no additional shaping done to justify a $10 charge. My nails essentially stayed the same length they came in at. My biggest issue isn't even the $15 gel polish charge. It's the lack of transparency with the pricing. If an advertised $35 acrylic refill can turn into a $60 service through additional charges that weren't clearly communicated to me, that feels extremely misleading. I left feeling like I significantly overpaid for a very standard fill service. No bueno.

They offer you complimentary cocktails, mocktails and wine and other drinks and complimentary snick snacks. Jorden was my nail tech and she was wonderful! She was fluent in English. She did build-a-gel on me. I'm a man that likes to be pampered, she did awesome, the first she did my nails had two that kept popping off but that was my fault because I had waited too long to have fills. Over the years, I've had good experiences with Cindy, Rose (I wish I knew where she is now), Jenny, and Tracy. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. After getting my brows done, Cindy asked if I wanted a mani/pedi. I couldn't that day but told her I was available the following morning. She told me to come between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. so Jenny could do my manicure before my flight. I arrived at 9:10 a.m. Despite being on time, my manicure was never honored. Cindy attempted to assign a nail tech I do not use, so I had to advocate for myself and request Tracy for my pedicure. While Tracy was doing my toes, Cindy asked how I wanted my nails, leading me to believe my manicure would begin as usual, since they typically do both services at the same time. Instead, other clients were taken ahead of me, and it became clear my appointment was not a priority. Tracy did an excellent job on my pedicure, but the situation was handled poorly. If there was no time to provide the manicure, the appointment should not have been made. When I addressed it, Cindy said she was busy and suggested I use another tech, but I have the right to choose who provides my service. After many years of loyalty, it became clear that some clients are valued more than others. Sadly, I will not be returning.
