What i ended up with was light brown hair and two BLEACH BLONDE strips of hair right in the center of my face. The blonde strips are VERY harsh and do not look right for this look. I am mortified to leave the house looking like this. Very frustrated that what I got was nothing similar to the photo I showed the stylist. I would not recommend. Along with that, while waiting to get my hair done the stylist had a phone call in which she answered. Assuming it was with the manager who was calling to ask about a previous client of this stylist who hated her hair.

She didn't greet us; she just told him to come on back. She didn't ask how we wanted his hair cut or styled, so I followed her back to tell her. She wasn't very responsive; rather she was very rushed and distracted and not friendly. When my son came out, his haircut was terribly uneven and not shaped well at all. We had been told that kids pay their age, but I left $18 poorer. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I probably won't return.

I had been going here for a few years for my haircuts and loved this place. I will not be going back anymore, as I do not want to give WM any more of my business. To start, I was double booked at the Beloit location. She told me she would "see what she could do." She offered me to switch to the Rockford location. I ended up settling. That was definitely the first RED FLAG. Then as I was doing the wedding services, I realized it was going to be way over the advertised $500 for the "package." When I inquired about it, the wedding coordinator said the price varies depending on who does the work, and also a tip is automatically added on. The wedding package seems like a scam to get more money. They really need to note $500 or more on their website and make sure customers realize this. Also, my first trial run for hair and makeup was pretty much a disaster. I had planned my hair down or partial down. I showed her what I was wanting. It didn't even look slightly like the picture and it was falling out while I was still sitting in the chair. I left feeling like I needed to find a new place. All of these red flags and I should have listened. I talked to the wedding coordinator and she let me have a second trial. Still wasn't a huge fan of the style but the stylist assured me it would look better on the wedding day. I didn't think I could find anything else so last minute so I decided to trust her. I had such a bad feeling about it, though. Now fast forward to my wedding day. The day I've looked forward to since I was young. They did okay work, but they were not mindful of the time, which made my wedding 45 minutes late. I was supposed to start my hair at 10:30. I showed up at 9:30 as my 3 bridesmaids started at 8:45 and I wanted to be there with them for most of it. When I showed up, they were just starting on their hair or makeup. My bridesmaids were not late, as I confirmed with them and with the stylists themselves. It should have started at 8:45 as scheduled. My hair was supposed to start at 10:45 but it didn't start until noon. Then my makeup was supposed to follow at 12:15 but didn't start until 2. By then, I was sitting around waiting for makeup that was supposed to be COMPLETE by 1/1:30. My bridesmaids had to leave to start getting ready so they could be ready to help me. I didn't get to the ceremony location until around 3:10... THE CEREMONY STARTED AT 3. Schedules are made for a reason and there is no wiggle room when it comes to a wedding. I didn't walk down the aisle until 45 mins to an hour late. I had a corset dress and it wasn't tied correctly, but I had to deal with it as everyone was waiting on me. I do not like the way I looked on my wedding day because of this. Because we were running so late: - Pictures ended up being rushed, and didn't get all that was wanted. - No sunset photos. - We paid for a specific time frame for our reception location. We were over an hour late. The reception place was clearly frustrated and we ended up wasting $450 on the extra venue time we paid for but didn't use. - Food was sitting for a while waiting for us resulting in dry meat. - Guests waited forever, people had to leave early due to children, so didn't end up getting to eat. - Didn't get to play our planned wedding games. - Groom had extra unnecessary stress waiting for me and so did our son. - Created extra stress for minister, pianist (extra hour of music), and church helpers that had to stay late to clean up, etc. Now fast forward to after our wedding. I receive an email asking for a review. I gave an honest review mentioning the things stated above. I get a call from the wedding coordinator who seemed to listen. Then she offered a free pedi. I asked for a complimentary one for my husband as well and she told me no as he was not the one affected, I was. ALL of the crap WE went through and we get offered a single free pedi, and get told that my husband wasn't affected by all of their crap. I booked the pedi as I was in shock, but ended up canceling it. Your wedding is supposed to something you look back on with amazing memories and happy thoughts, but this experience really messed things up for us. It completely snowballed one thing after the other and we were left with a disaster.

But I but this coupon as a present for my hubby and for a full body massage. I told them I understand but when they don't offer this service anymore, I want my money back. So far no service and no money back. Sorry for my English, I'm still learning. I'm from a different country and still learning. Do yourself a favor and work not with this terrible unprofessional business. :(
