Zero stars wasn't an option so I gave them a 1. While it was great that there was no wait I soon found out why. I have a well established line to cut from. All the stylists had to do was to follow that line and shave down my head. It was a zero on the buzzer she had to use. Somehow if I gave my 3 year old my clippers at home I would have ended up with a better cut. Spots completely missed and just left. I was never shown the back of my head. And when I got home and had my wife look I know why. Basically nothing was done correctly. I told her to not touch my beard as the top of my sideburns were not even! Is this not beauty school 101???? She at least didn't charge me for the cut as I got up from the chair and said I'll just fix it at home myself. I was worried it would end up even worse if she attempted to fix it. If you're not comfortable doing a type of haircut better to say something rather than messing up someone's haircut right?!???!!!! Will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! Yea don't go to this place or probably any great clips In general. Asked for a simple fade, ended up looking like the back of my head was sliced up randomly‍. Well... I guess I should of asked why the last customer was not satisfied with his hair cut. I came in with for a trim and I left looking like rosey O'Donnell. A blind man could of cut it better. They offer a senior discount with $4 off normal pricing. In addition, they offer a special for seniors all day Tuesday for $8.99. My second time there today. No complaints. I had never been there before. There was no waiting and they took me right in. They were very friendly and did a wonderful job on my hair. You can go online and get "in line" so they will take you faster when you get there. read more

After waiting 8 days from my original complaint to the corporate office in Minnesota, with no response from this location, I was offered a $20 gift card for products or services. They apparently are just a corporate head and have no control over this location. This location obviously couldn't care less about customer satisfaction or doing the right thing. I've gotten my hair cut here numerous times with no complains. I mean, my hair is pretty easy to cut, and definitely hard to mess it up. I've been mostly satisfied with the haircuts, and It doesn't really bother me if its not just right....BUT TODAY WAS HORRIBLE! I asked for a #2 sides and back, with just to trim on the top. OH she trimmed it alright. One side on top was probably 1/8" while the other side was about an inch. It was absolutely ridiculous and I looked like a fool. Towards the end she asked how I wore it....I thought, did you not see how I wore it when I walked in. She proceeded to part it to the opposite side of the natural part. This just added to my foolish look. I drove out of the parking lot and straight acrossed Bluemound to CVS to buy clippers. I shaved that silly shit off when I got home and had to have the wife fix the taper and neck line. I'm not gonna throw the stylist(I use that word lightly) under the bus....but wanted to voice the review in hopes that Great Clips sees this and possibly thinks about some extra training for their employees. Very disappointed in the customer service we received today. I've been here several times but today will be the last.......

Started off with the stylist completely butchering my sons hair, then lying about what she was doing. The manager then was completely useless in trying to resolve the issue. Refused to even acknowledge my wife who was standing at the counter. When we asked does refund the manager argued that we were the indeed who were wrong! If my sin was going to boot camp, the hair cut would be fine, but he's not! Avoid this place like the plague! read more

I've been coming here for almost 4 years with no issue. Stylists are good at what they do and do it in a timely fashion. Good customer service as well. Price is reasonable and they have a gift card that you can put prepaid haircuts on. This saves you $3.01 per haircut! read more

For men's haircuts I would recommend a barber. They cannot edge, they cannot pot a simple line in my son's hair. They don't trim the hair of the back of your neck. My cut and my son's were slightly crooked. Loss of stay long hairs left...but the 6.99 coupon in the mail wss the right price. read more

Finally found a hair cut place I look forward to going to. All the staff I have interacted with are friendly people and seem to like their job. Lynn is an outstanding stylist . She has great skill and tries to get you the look you want. Even though other stylist there are gifted as well I regret I cannot make appointments specifically with Lynne. read more

They close at 9, walk in at 830 and they'll turn you away because they "don't have time". Apparently customer service and work ethic is a thing of the past. Won't be returning, I'll take my money to some place that wants the business. read more

Love this place. I've always had the same lady do my hair, but today someone else did my hair; Sandra I believe her name was. She didn't say a single word to me, seemed to be in a rush and was extremely rough when using the hair trimmers. So much that my forehead was a little red due to her roughness. Also, when she asked me about my sideburns it seemed like I was inconveniencing her by telling her what I wanted. She seemed like she was in a rush and didn't start my haircut until she had to check her phone for something that seemed to be more important. Love his place but if I get her again I will refuse and ask for someone else. You'll notice her, she has dark hair and color streaks. She looks Asian. read more

I've been here about 10 times, but I'm done going here now. I have never had the same stylist twice. I swear they get hired here just to get a little experience and then go somewhere better. Today I had a male stylist that would just not listen to what I wanted. I told him twice to cut my hair shorter on the sides, but near the top of my head. He would barely cut a millimeter of hair off. At the end he wasn't going to show me the back of my neck so I asked for a mirror. It was so clear to me that my hair came down in 3 distinct points on the sides and middle of my neck. I told him to cut a straight line across to get rid of the points. He just kept staring at it and I said do you know see it, and he said no. So I got up and said well guess we are done here. The lady cutting someone else's hair looked at it and immediately saw what I was talking about, she told the guy what to do and he just kept staring at it. He STILL was dumbfounded what to do. She offered to fix it after she was done, but I just paid and left. He offered to fix it but no way at that point was I going to let him touch my hair again. read more

I checked in online today and sat there as people who came and checked in after me were being helped. After sitting there for 45 minutes and numerous people being pushed ahead of me for no reason I walked out and will never go back again. read more
