My daughter wanted a haircut and Visalia doesn't have kid friendly places. Came as a walk in and had to wait a few mins. We were greeted in a great spirit. The place was a bit packed for a Monday. We didn't mind waiting. My daughter loved coming here. I was super surprised how her hair turned out. The lady knew exactly what she was doing. I think she had green/blue ombré hair. Went to get my haircut after a few months, I checked in online and he ended up giving me the wrong haircut that belong to another customer even after I told him I wasn't that same customer who later came in and even came to where I was sitting, the stylist didn't even bother asking my name, when I checked in, or properly communicate with they're customers...nothing. Took my son today for a hair cut notes were confirmed for his haircut style and the lady Amanda messed up his hair basically give him a bowl cut when we asked for finger length on top smh we told her twice before the whole process she said he will definitely be able to spike his hair but definitely can't he's very sad must I note he's in high school and is upset that he has to go to school like this won't come back here due to this need better training or something !! Great quick service and friendly stylist here. Took my son to get his hair cut, he's 21 months old currently so he's very squirmy when it comes to getting haircuts. Te stylist was patient and friendly with him. His hair turned out really well despite him not cooperating fully. The price is a little on the higher end at $12 for a boys haircut but this place is nearby our home so its convenient. A plus is the fact there is a starbucks right next to it for that after haircut coffee! read more

I have gone here for five years and always had excellent service and my hair cut just like I wanted it. Since Marci has quit the place is not the same. They wont answer their phone cause as I was told, "it's only to find out when someone is working, and by law we can't give out schedules." Really then for the past five years you were breaking the law to tell me when someone was going to work? The place needs a REAL manager who cares about what is happening to the place! Its sad... Ashley is probably the worst hairstylist I've ever had. She was snotty to the senior citizen that was in line before us. And then gave me grief about the fact that my 2 1/2 year old wiggled while she cut his hair. The haircut she ended up giving my son looked like one of the guys from dumb and dumber. I could have done a better job with no experience then she did. Again, horrible attitude to be working in a job that requires people skills. read more

I've had very good haircuts there. For the price, it's a great deal. My cut is pretty simple, so I don't know how they'd do for something fancy, but it was straight, even, and fell nicely even when I got home and had to mess with it myself. read more

I got my hair cut by the man with a mow hawk type hair cut. He was so busy watching the door to see who came in next, he cut my hair unevenly and not what I wanted. I told him it didn't look right, my hair was not parted correctly. I could tell he got pissed. He roughly combed my hair and did a little more chopping.
