About half the time I receive the full 10 minutes, and the other half it feels closer to 6 to 8 minutes. I realize that may sound minor, but when something is specifically advertised, I expect it to be consistent. It is less about the time itself and more about the expectation that is set. Overall, I still return because my experiences here have been better than other places I have tried in the area. With a little more consistency, this would easily be a higher rating.

They quoted me a short wait and I was seated in about 15 minutes, even with only three technicians working and all of them busy. My appt was rushed, my fingers soaked for about a whole minute and a half. After that I was cut and much of my dead skin was NOT removed. My nails were also RUSHED THROUGH THE GEL MACHINE. They were pulled before it was time..... Fast forward 3 hours lasted after getting home my nail polish begins to chip on one nail.
