Husband and I decided to spend a Saturday in Lake Geneva just to get out of the city for a little while. My husband had been a long time ago and I had never been, so we were starting with no experience. In looking for a breakfast place, this was in the top 5 Yelp results for breakfast in the city and the name boasted "great eggs" so how could we resist ourselves?! I am so glad we decided to give this a go as it indeed was a great breakfast that included great eggs! This is a tiny shop that makes wraps for breakfast or lunch. The breakfast wraps include eggs and your choice of fillings. The have several options for lunch as well that do not include eggs. Previous reviews of the place said the wraps are big and since we were only there for a day, we couldn't lug around leftovers. We decided to split a "classic" breakfast wrap that came with eggs, potatoes, veggies, beans, and cheese. We got ours with all the veggies they offered except mushrooms, cheddar and goat cheese, and with many many shakes of Cholula inside to go with it (their hot sauce options also included Sriracha and Tabasco). I also got a Pina colada smoothie. The ordering experience was very smooth and they make the wrap right in front of your eyes! We found a table outside to eat and dug in. It was truly amazing. It was a big wrap, so splitting it was definitely the way to go for us. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the veggies were tasty, the bean and corn salsa took it up a notch, and the goat cheese provided a salty/umami creaminess that really made this wrap from "really good" to "downright amazing" for me. The only thing I would change is more salt and more hot sauce, but this is on me as the wrap was made in front of me and I could have asked for more of those things and next time, I probably will. The smoothie was similarly delicious! I feel like it may be ever so slightly overpriced as one wrap and one smoothie cost us $16 + tip, but it was so good that I would definitely pay that again! As for other offerings, they had giant s'mores, coffee, beers, wines, and mimosas. Something for everyone!

This spot gives off diner vibes but specializes in wraps. It came highly recommended when looking for breakfast spots in Lake Geneva. Chose to build my own breakfast wrap, and it was fun to see them build and cook it right in front of you. You can pick every ingredient, from veggies down to the flavor of your wrap. The service was very friendly and gave recs when asked. Perfect for on the go or a bite in if you can find seating (it's tiny). Come hungry because it's VERY filling and be sure to grab plenty of napkins because the wraps end up being massive and ours unraveled while eating, which made things a bit messy but still delish.

What a great find! My husband and I were walking around and stumbled upon this gem . We shared a Caesar salad wrap and each of us had smoothies. Delicious! We ate outside on the side of the shop and really enjoyed the view. The service was great and we would definitely return.

For those who know Good Eggs in Ephraim, Wisconsin, Great Eggs is a similar breakfast burrito shack. However, I actually think it's better than it's predecessor, which I never thought I would say. The burritos have so much flavor and are HUGE! The black bean salsa is excellent. Our cook did an excellent job behind the flattop. I can't wait to go back!

Great spot for breakfast or lunch! They have a small operation so be prepared to wait in line. They had someone taking drink orders for coffee and such for the people in line, which was nice. I got a super wrap which had potatoes, eggs, veggies and choice of meat and cheese. Veggies included asparagus, mushrooms, bell pepper, spinach and then a black bean salsa that does have cilantro in it. Meat included chicken, bacon, sausage and ham. Cheese was pepper jack or cheddar. You also pick which wrap you want, I got the garlic and herb which was good. Overall, everything comes out super hot and fresh and you can't go wrong. They definitely take a lot of pride in what they do and they're not afraid to take their time to make sure each customer gets exactly what they want. There's a few small tables inside and then some tables outside as well. It's kind of tucked away with a bed and breakfast building. Seems like a lot of locals enjoyed it. Good spot for a grab and go breakfast where you don't need to sit down and do the whole dine in thing.

Great Eggs is such a hidden gem in Lake Geneva. They specialize in wraps, especially their breakfast wraps. It's basically an à la carte omelette that they place in specialty wraps. They also have a large assortment of drinks including mimosas, beer, coffee, teas, and smoothies. If you have a sweet tooth try their giant s'mores! The staff is super friendly and the inside is extremely clean, prices are fair! read more

1st time here Great service Sarah did a great job serving us and making our breakfast burritos Only disappointment was one female employee kept talking about her disappointing love life nobody wanted to hear about and she won't give it a break. If it were me, I would have terminated her on the spot. This incident won't keep me away. read more

Great breakfast wrap! My sister had the bacon chicken ranch (lunch) wrap and loved it (the full wrap can feed two people). The place was very clean and the food prepared was very friendly and efficient. You can eat in or take your wrap to go, be aware this is not a sit down and be served establishment. Cute little place to grab a casual meal or drink in Lake Geneva. We didn't eat here but probably should have. If you like wraps or breakfast burritos, this is your place. Everything is made right in front of you on a small tabletop griddle, so you can customize it exactly as you want. We grabbed an iced tea (good) and a smoothie (freshly made and excellent) for the road. The people working were super nice too. There's outdoor seating in the big porch and a few tables inside. My only request would be to perhaps list all the available ingredients somewhere? It seemed like the person making the wraps lists each one as she's making it - it would maybe save time for everyone if they could decide upfront. read more

we stopped here for breakfast, we were knew to it and never had it. the guy cooking was awesome he was so friendly and made ordering super easy. you get to watch it being cooked. my burrito was filled up and was heavy it was so filling. it was delicious though so fresh. the coffee was pretty good as well, i'd definitely recommend coming here for breakfast it's really good read more

This is a great little place - eggs spread out on a grill. Loaded with whatever you want and then folded over and wrapped in a crepe of your choice. Add the beans, salsa, cheese, meats or whatever is up there on the board. You wont be sorry! GREAT service!!! GREAT food - Has great coffee. Wonderful people! Came in on vacation for a bite before the water park. He was nice enough to make a scramble for my 3 year old while making us our egg wrap. Food was carefully handmade right there and tasted great. My wife's decaf coffee was made in front of our eyes grinder and all and my ice latte was made perfectly as well. My only regret is we live 2 hours away or I would come here way too much! read more

This is a delightful spot with like 10 different choices for just the WRAP part-- then they cook the eggs as they ask you about each ingredient. So fast! So delicious! I would definitely recommend hot sauce and/or salt/pepper or other flavorings. Just lovely. Cute beach murals inside and super friendly service. read more

Delicious large burritos. You may want to split one. A small shop with a sit down area. May look overwhelming but let them know it is your first time & they walk you through your choices. When I arrived at Great Eggs there were one group of 3 people ahead of us. No one greeted us or said welcome, be right with you. I must say, I was slightly upset. Then it was my turn and all attention was given to me, they prepared my first breakfast wrap on this little flattop directly in front of me. . This wrap was fantastic and I can not wait to go back. They only make omelette burritos here. And that's all they need to make. Definitely come here if you are in Lake Geneva. Delicious. All the options you could want. This place stands out because the owner makes the food right in front of you and is super meticulous. All the ingredient tasted fresh. Cool mural inside to look at. I wish I could give 4.8 stars. The only thing I would change would be options for bigger portions (because I eat a lot lol). Also we came at a slow time so it didn't affect us, but they only have griddle space to cook two omelettes at a time. read more

Really fun new place in lake Geneva. Right across from potbelly. They custom make breakfast burritos exactly as you want. They offer three tortilla flavors and too many options to mention. As a bonus they have alterra (nay collectivo) coffee. Place has cool murals of the lake/beachfront on their walls and several tables. Open at 7 AM is huge bonus as most places are 8 or later. Yeah, yeah I know most prefer to sleep in. We can't (yet). We really enjoyed our breakfasts. Tasty, check. Filling, double check. Friendly owner, triple check. We will be back again and if you are looking to break the habit of going to the same breakfast places in town this is worth a visit. read more

So good!!!! An eggcelant place!!! Think Mod/Chipotle except it's make to order breakfast and lunch wraps. We had a party of seven with three requiring gluten friendly. They don't have gluten free wraps but they happily made personalized omelets! Fresh ingredients and GINORMOUS PORTIONS. Four grown men were almost struggling to finish their food. Even the smoothies and coffee were delicious. Kids could easily split a meal. And you could eat in the shade, which is a huge perk, considering eating outside is the move during covid19. Everything was so clean and satisfying! It makes me wish I had a place just like this back at home. read more

We popped in Great Eggs in search of coffee on a -12 degree Saturday morning. Great Eggs is right off the main street in the corner of the town center. Because of this, it's not immediately obvious and had we not been looking for a warm storefront to pop into, we may not have noticed it. I'm so glad we stumbled across this place although because we had no intention of eating and as soon as we saw their menu, we were sold. We split a Classic Wrap which came out steaming hot with fresh ingredients (asparagus, bell pepper, spinach, etc). The portions are generous so you won't leave hungry! Your food is cooked to order right in front of you so it's easy enough to customize what you want. We ate at cafe tables and thawed out for a bit before venturing back outside. The people working at the time couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating. What a delightful discovery! Highly recommend. read more

One suggestion: it would be nice to see more non-alcoholic options besides just soda--maybe a craft NA beer or mocktail for those not drinking (like myself). Overall, it was a quick but enjoyable stop. We'd return again. I also noticed they offer bingo some nights- that's always fun.

AWESOME. We stumbled across this place on the way to a fast food chain and decided to check this out instead. It looked quaint in an older style building and large open porch to eat on. The name of the restaurant is a little deceiving because there are other things on the menu than eggs. We had the Southwest wrap and BLT wrap. They were both incredible. We watched them being made, with such care and pride, it was refreshing. haha we were so amazed with the taste we were telling people walking by to come for lunch. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices are definitely on the higher side -- $14 for a breakfast burrito and $5 for an orange juice felt a bit steep. I came here with my wife. We were highly disappointed. Our wrap was still a little cold (the fillings) and our table was sticky, they don't seem to clean the tables. If so, not that often. Highly don't recommend coming here. read more
