From the time we walked in to the time we took delivery, everything was perfect. Everyone was professional and upfront. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Mark was a great salesman, there was no pressure to buy or put a deposit down. He pointed out several things to help make a better choice for us. Colin did our walkthrough and was excellent at showing us the operations and going through the functionality of the rv. Danielle was able to get us better financing than we had through a credit union and was extremely helpful in making decisions about warranty and other options. They sent Austin out to deliver the rv, he had it all set up and leveled perfectly in no time at all. I would highly recommend skipping the competition and seeing them first. Thank you guys!

Starkey the GM called me on the phone and threatened me. Sorry Starkey, defamation is only if I make an untrue statement. I brought this RV back to the selling dealer for warranty because the frame was bent and one of the jacks was bent. They blamed the damage on me and told me to file an insurance claim instead of addressing the structural problem. This was separate from the other weld cracks that they claimed were "not cracks." They made several repairs but the situation kept getting worse. It became clear the dealer was working for Keystone rather than advocating for their customer. To the owner -- I brought the unit back to you for a structural defect and you let Keystone run over me. 3 YEAR UPDATE: After a lot of screwing from Keystone I got them to buy this junk back for 90K. I still lost about 30K but it's better than nothing. My recommendation to you all is take lots of photos and get everything in writing. Use ChatGPT for help. Never trust your dealer. Hire a lemon law lawyer before they make a buyback offer. Once they make a bad offer you are stuck paying your own lawyer bill. Good luck.

My husband and I flew into St. Louis from Texas this weekend and rented an RV from St. Louis RV. I…read morecan't go on enough about how great the experience was! I found them online and put down my deposit. The RV we got (a Class C) was bigger than I anticipated. Very spacious and could sleep 10 people! Luckily it was just the two of us and my son meeting us at our RV spot for a family reunion. In the evenings we had plenty of room for a group to play cards, snack, etc. Anyway, about the experience.... Lora was very good at sending reminders of when the payment was due, emailing the paperwork for us to send back, etc. I was disappointed that we were the last in line to pick up our RV to start our vacation (3PM instead of 2 like I thought) but she ended up letting us bring it back an hour later which actually worked out better! The RV was clean and they did a great job of showing us how to use it. They were even available for a phone consultation (after hours) when we forgot one of the steps for leveling the motor home. I loved the fact that they didn't charge extra for generator use and we had a generous amount of miles that could be used per day. They even cleaned out the sewer for us when we dropped it off and refilled the propane so we didn't have to mess with any of that! All we had to do was bring it back full of gas which is very easy because there is a gas station across the street. Dropping it off was a breeze and took no time at all! I wish we didn't have to buy extra insurance as our car insurance would have covered it, but Lora explained that not all insurance companies are the same, and it was just for precaution. Luckily the extra insurance was not that much. I will definitely use them again if I ever need to rent another motor home in the St. Louis area. (Unless I can convince my husband to buy one!)

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. We…read morepurchased a brand-new 2026 travel trailer less than a month ago. As part of the purchase agreement, the dealership agreed in writing to repair a shower wall that was severely bowed. When we got the camper back, the repair was unacceptable. The shower wall is still bowed, and now the bottom is pushed out even farther. Instead of looking like a new camper, it looks like a used shower was installed. We were then told that this was "the best they're going to do." When I tried to discuss the issue with Glen, the sales manager, he refused to listen to my concerns and ended the conversation by hanging up on me. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially after making a major purchase. The most frustrating part is that the dealership promised to fix the issue before the sale, even putting it in writing. Once the paperwork was signed and we took possession of the camper, it felt like those promises no longer mattered. We also purchased an extended warranty, so there should be no reason for a legitimate defect like this to be dismissed. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you're considering buying a camper here, make sure every promised repair is completed correctly before you take delivery, because getting them to stand behind their work afterward has been incredibly disappointing.

Everyone worked with me to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase. They were very thorough during the vehicle orientation. The Van was clean and no issues experienced during delivery. After showing up to an appointment (booked 2 months ahead) in Colorado, only to find they had not ordered my parts (I called 7 times to confirm they were ordered) I decided to go to the St. Louis location for future warranty work. St. Louis was just as bad as Colorado Springs. I dropped my rv off on a Saturday. Picked it up later that day. Turns out many of the jobs they claimed they completed were not done. So I had to spend that Saturday and Sunday (closed) in St. Louis unexpectedly. On Monday I dropped it off, picked it up later, only to once again find that half the jobs weren't completed. These include 3 separate recalls I was told to have fixed. I had scratched up the drivers side paneling and wanted them to fix it, on my buck obviously. The place they sent me, Paul's auto body, quoted me $13k and 20 days. I obviously declined. Ended up getting the work done in Florida for $3200 in 2 days. So what more can I say? I'll never do business with them again. I love my rv, a leisure travel van, but if the next time I'm ready to buy a new RV the only option for Leisure's is through van city, well, I'll find another manufacturer. I've never been treated so poorly. Just a horribly run business with zero respect for their customers.
