Lars was the type of salesmen you hope for. He was friendly, helpful, and made the experience fun! He never once pressured me or gave me salesman shtick. He was honest, straight forward and cared about me as a customer. The exact OPPOSITE of the people I purchased from down the road. It's just a shame I didn't find the exact car I wanted (though I know he would have if i gave him more time) because I would have LOVED to buy from Lars and will definitely come back if I ever need a car in the future. I will update…read morethe review once a resolution is proposed 6/3/22 My Range Rover was running fine when I drove it there for a check engine light that would come on intermittently, and have gotten several different stories from employees there. I was told it wouldn't start, it got rained on, then it would start but it had a blown head gasket, and I am now told it needs $20,000 worth of repairs? The same vehicle that I drove there and dropped off without issue is now totaled. Terrible customer service and shady business. I asked what was done to the vehicle while it was there because it ran perfect when I dropped it off, and nobody can give me any answer. I have repeatedly called and been told I would receive a call back from the service manager Danny and he never calls. I will be taking this up with BBB and small claims court I guess. Obviously I will advise everyone to avoid these guys at all costs.

They were the first to respond back to my several inquiries. After speaking with their representative, who courteously answered all of my questions, I believed they were worth the price quoted for my G's replacement window. Since I mentioned a special they had for Angie's List members as well as taking off $$ for dropping my G off, it reduced my final amount considerably. I dropped my G off the next morning when they opened and had a return phone call for pickup within a couple hours. When I picked up my car, she looked great and they left it in the clean condition I gave it to them. Kevin, the technician who repaired my car, was courteous, professional and patient with my concerns. (Hopefully, I will not have to use the outstanding warranty on labor and workmanship!) But then charged me an additional $23. Then commits to telling me she told me the total was $432. Then why did she run the card for $409 with me on the phone with her. Then want to call me over an hour later. But let me finishh up by saying the installer to me looked like thorough job, like he knew what he was doing. I'm very impressed with his workmanship.
