A while back, I had some dental work done. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with my insurance and it was billed and paid to the wrong insurance. I contacted the dental office to get this corrected, and they said they couldn't do anything to help me without being asked by the insurance company to return the funds to rebill it. Mind you, the insurance has sent a dozen letters and called them and spoken to them while I was ALSO on the phone, but then they tell me that they can't return the money because they've never talked to them. Oh, and they billed me for flouride that they never put on my teeth. After asking them to remove the charge, they finally did over a month later and rather than returning it to my card, they gave me a statement credit. So unless I go back, I can't get my money back. I will never. ever. go to this location again. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else. I recommend you go somewhere else too. They will charge you for stuff they never did and then "look into it" when you call to complain. Never again. read more

Who doesn't love going to the dentist!!! Do I have any cavities, will I need a root canal? What are all of those metal hooks and picks doing here lined up on the table next to my chair? Have I transported back in time somehow, those devices look like something from the Middle Ages! They're not actually going to put those things in my mouth are they? Thankfully, I wasn't the one scheduled for a cleaning/checkup this time. My two kids were overdue, and you can bet your bottom dollar that they weren't happy about it. They were both convinced they had cavities, and were asking me a million questions as we made the drive over to the office. I tried my best to put them at ease, but I could feel their anguish intensify as we pulled into the parking lot. I had never been to this office before (their mother had always taken them), so naturally my curiosity led me to see how my fellow Yelpers had rated the place. There weren't any recent reviews, and as I had predicted, the previous ones were not kind. I notice that doctors in general rarely have positive reviews since no one trusts them, and people love to lash out after being given bad news about their health. Since I was a newbie to this place, I always go by my own personal experience. From the start, everyone working here was super friendly. The receptionist was attentive and we only had to wait about 10 minutes before both kids were called back. This itself was already a miracle to me, as I usually wait over an hour to be seen, so far so good. About 20 minutes went by and my daughters hygienist came back to tell me that she didn't have any cavities and everything looked great! She suggested a sealant for her molars that helps prevent cavities, and let me know it was fully covered by my insurance. I agreed to it, and off she went for about 10 minutes more to finish everything. My son's hygienist came out while my daughter was finishing, and the identical results and advice were given. We were literally in and out of the office in less than 90 minutes, truly amazing. I'm not sure if we just got lucky, or if this is the norm for this place, but I can't say enough about what an incredible experience we had. I will definitely be recommending this office to everyone I know, five stars all the way! read more

Fantastic first impression! Front Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dental assistants were amazing and willing to answer any questions I had. The Dentist is awesome! She told me that my symptoms of pain ( from previous Dentist with a different company) pointed to needing Root Canal(× 4teeth) but felt that it may be improper or bad fillings. She was able to fit me in the same day to drill and refill 3 of the teeth. I have been SUFFERING with tooth pain for the last 6 months until yesterday!!! The dentist could have just done the 3 root canals. Instead She fixed the problem got rid of the pain and saved me a ton of $$$. Thank you to my new Dentist, Robyn Gagnon D.M.D. and staff!!! NEVER COME HERE!!!!! Absolutely horrible experience. I brought my kids here as new patients. My 13 yr old daughter advised of the unproffesionalism that occurred between the dental assistants during her appt. After their appt, I went to take pictures of the x-rays and the Dr. advised they only took a pano on her, because their "x-rays aren't working". The Dr. spent 2 min with them. I asked if any work was needed and he said both kids looked fine, just to see ortho. My daughter has a lot of dental issues and I really wanted to come up with a treatment plan for her. He was very short with me and speaking to him was rushed and it wasn't seeming like he was willing to answer any of my questions. We left and I called the next day to get my sons x-rays sent to me. They advised I needed to fill out a medical release form in order for me to have my own kid's x-rays sent to me. I filled it out anyway and they said they would send them. I called after that to make sure they got them, I was put on hold and no one ever came back. I then called multiple times for the next week after never receiving them and no one ever answered. My daughter came to me a couple days ago crying because she had an abscess in her mouth. I called the office the next day, finally got through, spoke to the office manager Frankie who said I needed to talk to the dental assistant. I told her I wanted the x-rays sent to me and I wanted to see the other provider at the office. She was very rude, disrespectful, and talked over me multiple times. She told me I'm not allowed to see a different Dr., refused to send my x-rays and then hung up on me. I called another location and spoke to the operations manager Nicole who was very nice and apologized for everything. She helped me make an appointment at another location because I didn't want to take them back there and sent my x-rays. On the x-rays I could clearly see the abscess on her gum that the Dr. missed. I went to the appt today, after signing in and filling out the paperwork some lady walked up to the front desk and said I didn't have an appt there, Nicole was supposed to call me, and I'm dismissed from the other office and therefore could not go to any of their  offices. We took off work and school to come to this appt because I wanted my daughter to get in asap. I could not believe that after the way I was treated, refusing to send me my x-rays, and the Dr. 's lack of proper treatment and care to do his job, they try to dismiss us after I decide to go to another office. It's disgusting, unprofessional and at the expense of children's health and care. No wonder why they have an F with the Better Business Bureau. read more

My wife had an appointment today 7/23/2021 at 8am for cleaning. She was there on time. After the X-rays were done she patiently waited, at 836am Tiffany advised her Hygienist will be ready in 10mins. At 915am Tiffany came back and began making excuses for the delay and stated because my wife's teeth needed deep cleaning and its going to take more than an hour she will need to change her time. The problem with that is, 1- she was bumped off because if they had worked on my wife rest of the appointments would have been delayed. 2- your team overbooked knowing she needed deep cleaning. 3-check my wife calendar you will notice multiple reschedule some by us and many more by your team due to staff shortages. What I don't accept is Tiffany trying to push the blame on my wife. I spoke with Dr Lee and vented on her and she was empathic, apologized for someone else's incompetence (Tiffany). I wanted Dr Lee to know how her front office staff is performing. read more

So my first experience was ok. I went back 6 months later for Follow up. They were concentrating on my gum numbers as I read the chart on wall created by a big pharmaceutical company new product. Coincidentally, I had a bacterial infection and needed this antibiotic costing over $300. I was warned by my wife that they are a money maker. I left and will not return. read more

Horrible practice -- avoid at all cost. Only interested in up-selling , would not provide me a standard cleaning without first paying for a unique prevention service (and not covered by insurance). I will steer clear of this place - no integrity at all. read more

They definitely deserve NO stars!! These women at the front desk have terrible customer service with a bad attitude! I took the kids for a cleaning and waited for 1 hour to confirm our new insurance. I didn't have a dental insurance card with me so I gave them ID# and Group# of Delta dental but they couldn't still confirm it saying they couldn't reach the right customer service. My other dentist confirmed it right away only with my health insurance card. Then these women got offensive and gave me a bad attitude when I asked why it was taking too long and I had to take the kids out of school early for an appo. They made it to my fault that I didn't have a insurance card with me even though I gave them all the info. I told them we waited too long so we wanted to reschedule. Then they told me the next availability is in Dec (2.5 month away)! I got so frustrated with the whole experience. We will never go back again! Many of my friends have a terrible experience, too with other Great Expression offices. They have a bad reputation as a chain. The management should know how bad they are!! Entire staff is great!! Dr. Immadi is wonderful. I promised myself the this year I would get my oral health on track. In the past I have gotten anxious about going to the dentist. This office made me feel at ease and I was able to overcome most of my anxiety about going to the dentist. They let you know exactly what they are going to do and are gentle. I have now had 3 appointments in the last 2 months and they have all been great. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! They are very rude and do not care about the patients! They were very rude to my daughter when she went in to have some fillings because she was nervous because she dislikes needles. They were unable to calm her down because they felt the need to yell at her and belittle her rather than be comforting. The "dentist" ended storming out in a very unprofessional manner. I repeat do not go to this dentist unless you want to be yelled at and mistreated! There are plenty of other dentists in the area that are surely better than this one. read more

This place sucks with a capital S .i just moved to the area and my dentist was too far .for me.. But now I don't mind the drive .they told me I had perdonial dease .of the gums .i was so scared I started to cry . They gave me a deep tissue cleaning 400 . All I wanted was a checkup after hearing that news I will do anything to get it fix... So I want back 2 weeks they did 2 fill ins another 150 .. They said I needed 8 more fill ins WHAT . THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE I have ever visited. The front office personnel is rude and lacks customer service. Be prepare for long waiting time and bring cash because more than likely they will find a "no needed" treatment, x-rays or exams that will not be covered by your dental insurance. Also, be prepared for your appointments to be cancel at any time. Just 1 visit and it was enough for me to change providers. read more
