I even recommended a close friend (who was also looking to leave her dentist) to great smile. The billing process has been completely straightforward. They tell you up front what insurance will pay and what you will pay out of pocket, and I've never felt pressured to have anything done that I didn't want to do, or couldn't afford. Couldn't give them a stronger recommendation based on my experience.

I specifically…read moreasked at least a handful of times at a minimum if they are in-network with UCCI TRICARE not just regular TRICARE. I was told yes several times. I asked an excessive amount of times considering I am a dental consultant and work very closely with billing. This company has doctors that aren't even or acting at this facility in network with tricare. So technically I guess you could say "yes" when responding on their end until they bill with the rendering providers npi and tax id number. I have since inactivated my family and we will not be back. It's a shame because the visit we had wasn't bad. I have also asked for someone to call me back at least 3 times in the last 5 months and never have gotten a call back.

The office staff as well as the doctors were so compassionate, gentle, kind and sincerely took care of my needs! It was truly a blessing to find this dental group. I saw Dr. Brianna Webb who made me feel like she truly cared about me! It was an amazing experience and I will continue to use them! He put me at ease from the very start and I have a bad gag reflex and his techs are the best and were able to make me relax and they got the xrays without me gagging and Dr. Matheny uses high tech, modern equipment and he even has what I call "a magic wand" which is an instrument that he slides across the gum line while administering novacaine and you can hardly feel the injections. He is very thorough with his exam and took all the necessary xrays and fitted me for a bite guard because he told me my teeth were getting smaller from grinding them and the bite guard relieves it and I was hesitant because I was afraid of gagging doing the impression and he had me sit up and lean forward and sat with me and spoke to me the entire time and I had no reaction or gagging from the impression and now am using the bite guard and it does work. I also need 2 crowns on my 2 front teeth and I am actually looking forward to going back to have Dr. Matheny do the work and have my teeth look good because he is going to have my teeth whitened before the crowns and I am excited about having my teeth whitened and will actually smile with my mouth open because they are on the yellow side and I always keep my mouth closed for pictures. My husband is having extensive work done and said that Dr. Matheny is the best dentist he has ever gone to and I have recommended him to friends who are very pleased with him and his office staff.
