My family and I have been going to All Smiles for over a decade. We love Dr Angelos, But Carla in the business office is extremely unprofessional and lacks knowledge to accurately bill provided insurance. She is a procrastinator and claims to send everything to the corporate office only to still not have answers months later. Carla does not like to be questioned about said billing issues and will instead accuse you of yelling and leave the office space. I am still waiting on over 500.00 I paid for services that my insurance covered, but was told I did not have insurance at all. Since June 2025. Let me make this clear and give some background. My experience with dentists in this area have not been the best. Money grabbers is what they are. I have a fear of losing my front teeth and I've had bad experiences with dentists. My front teeth look great right now. If I were to smile, you would think I have perfect teeth; however, my back teeth are the issues because I didn't have insurance for close to 7 years. I brush my teeth DAILY as well as floss as often as I can remember. I had one dentist who barely looked at the x-rays and stated I am a candidate for "biodegrade dentures". WHOOOOAAAAA. I don't want all my teeth (especially the good ones) pulled just for dentures. The dentist told me it would be $38,000 and to bring $8500 to my next appt to get started. I never went to that dentist again. I left bawling my eyes out because of how it's so hard to find a dentist that will actually do the WORK of root canals, cavities, etc. so I decided to schedule an appointment at All Smiles Dentistry. I went in there originally to get ONE tooth looked at. My appointment was at 1:30pm and I was called back closer to 2:45pm. They stated that they needed to do the panoramic x-rays as well as film x-rays (about 15-16 individual X-rays) which is basically taking all my x-rays from my insurance that was covered. Even though I was there due to pain and a broken tooth. I figured "okay, if the dentist is nice and understanding I'll probably keep her as my dentist". So I just let it go and gave permission for the full xrays. While I'm waiting, the dentist finally comes in 30 mins later. Now we are at around 3:15pm after all the x-rays and chief complaint. The dentist comes and sits down by me, introduces herself and tells me that I have a lot of issues with my back teeth. I told her that I know and that's why I'm here. I am originally worried about one tooth and we can hopefully slowly work later on everything else on multiple appointments. She told me that that it would be impossible. Then she put the chair in the corner and asked me " why do your teeth look so bad? You're such a pretty girl. Why would you let your teeth get like that?" while OTHER patients could hear. She developed an estimate and half the things on the estimate I did not need at this moment. Maybe down the road, but I also noticed she was adding bone graphs and things that could be done by the oral surgeon. Once again, I left feeling hopeless and that no one could help me. So I spoke to my friend in Miami, who is engaged to a dentist. She kindly explained to me that due to technology, a lot of dentist rather just pull everything and redo everything then put the actual hours into the work of root canals, rebonding loose cavities, etc. She referred me to a dentist here locally and that dentist is brilliant! So far I got both root canals done, and I am feeling absolutely amazing about my teeth! The dentist even explained to me that he doesn't understand why the other dentist would want to do so much work to a mouth that has really great front and side teeth. I showed him the estimate as well that she had given me, he also agreed with me that a lot of these things were added on that were not needed. I love the receptionist and that's about it for All Smiles Dentistry. Unfortunately, I went there a few years ago and had a bad experience. I was hoping that something was different. Updating my review because I was given incorrect information regarding my insurance. I specifically asked at least a handful of times at a minimum if they are in-network with UCCI TRICARE not just regular TRICARE. I was told yes several times. I asked an excessive amount of times considering I am a dental consultant and work very closely with billing. This company has doctors that aren't even or acting at this facility in network with tricare. So technically I guess you could say "yes" when responding on their end until they bill with the rendering providers npi and tax id number. I have since inactivated my family and we will not be back. It's a shame because the visit we had wasn't bad. I have also asked for someone to call me back at least 3 times in the last 5 months and never have gotten a call back. read more

Terrible. I walked out and thank goodness after reading all these other reviews. I had scheduled an exam and cleaning. They immediately wanted to do 18 X-rays or else would not do the appointment. They said Florida regulations. I am a snowbird and get my regular dental care in MN. I went to a dentist here last year and no problem just getting exam and cleaning without full mouth X-rays. The office manager was fighting with me regarding a teeth cleaning coverage and dx and stated I would be forced to pay out of pocket for a Deep cleaning to cost me out of pocket $600 that my insurance would not cover . I had a terrible experience here. I moved to the area and needed a dentist. I have had my teeth cleaned every six months faithfully for over 50 years... So BEWARE. The internet ad says - New Patients without dental insurance will receive a comprehensive exam and one set of x-rays for $99. Includes cleaning unless not medically appropriate. - They refused to give me the cleaning saying that I needed a deep cleaning at a cost of just under $600. I said NO, I want the regular cleaning offered in the ad. They refused, charged me $89 for the X-rays and the sham of an exam by Dr. Chi. I will never go back. read more

So disappointed! My first visit was very nice and then it went down hill from there. The dentist is rude and is constantly saying "don't you dare move" while working on my mouth. They sized me for a partial back in October. I have been scheduled 4 appointments for fittings and the reasons have been various, from I MOVED AND DIDN'T GET IT RIGHT - to just last week when I showed up once again for a sizing and told me the dentist put the wrong return date on it. A waste of time - no one called me to say the partial wasn't back and they were cancelling my appointment. They rescheduled my appointment for today 12/28. This am I received a call stating the dentist was out and they would like to reschedule my appointment for January 27th! Another month! I couldn't believe it. They have me over a barrel because they have had my money for months now I have to wait another month with no resolution? I asked for their corporate office phone number and mysteriously/conveniently no one knows that number. I will now lodge a BBB complaint. My family decided to switch dentistries to All Smiles. I scheduled an appointment on a Monday for a basic cleaning and an X-Ray. The appointment was for the following Friday at 9:30. I noted that I was covered under my fathers insurance and gave them the information over the phone. They informed me they would verify my insurance and I would be ready by the time of my appointment. I arrived on Friday and spent an hour waiting for them to "verify my insurance." They informed me the insurance would not cover a X-Ray (I have full coverage under my insurance) and I would have to pay out of pocket, $80. The gentlemen also told me I would have to come back at 2 in the afternoon because I didn't make an appointment for a cleaning. I informed him that would not be happening. Dissatisfied, I left their office without saying another word. When confronted, the woman at the front desk denied any of the above happened, blaming the insurance and replied that I was "rude." I came to this dentist to have a consultation on possibly getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was aware they wouldn't be doing the procedure there, but figured it would be good to have x-rays done and know what exactly was happening. I had one x-ray taken, and then I waited for a very long time for the dentist to see me. After waiting for about 40 minutes, Dr Angelos saw me for about 10 minutes and referred me to another dentist to remove the wisdom teeth. The dentist he referred me to, didn't take my insurance so I had to go to a different oral surgeon. I called three weeks ahead of my appointment for All Smiles to send my X-ray over. They said they would send it right away, and I never heard back from them. Well, three weeks after I arrive at my appointment and the new dentist never received my x-rays. When they tried to call them to have them sent over, all smiles stated they would send it when they could... then asked if they even saw me/referred me to that dentist. So I ended up having to have another x-ray taken. $100 for literally 15 minutes and an x-ray they couldn't even send for me. Thanks a lot! read more

Fort Pierce Office - Except for Lisa R, hygienist, this is the worst run dental office we've ever been to. The manager, Keri, is unresponsive to any requests you may have. We had a bill there that was mostly due to not billing insurance. I tried for 2 months to have her help me with it, return my calls or just be responsive. Nothing - What kind of business treats you this way? I subsequently called the Port St. Lucie office and was helped immediately within 5 minutes by Abby. She took care of the whole thing, billed insurance and we now have a zero bill. So, if you are looking for a dental office, Port St. Lucie should be it. I am the 3rd person I know who has had this kind of non responsive trouble with Keri, the office manager at the Kings Highway, Fort Pierce. I would not waste my time going there. read more

Do not believe the $89. Coupon for first time clients. Mine turned into $189. with Humana Senior Supplemental Insurance. They said I did not qualify for the coupon because I had insurance. This was after the appt. was completed. I had asked several times if the coupon was good & even signed a form for $89. just minutes before my appt. ended. Nightmare from hell ..... don't go here! June 2020 I went in for a root canal . Over 5 hours later I come out with my tooth abstracted. Which I never wanted done! It was like a war zone! As of today 9 months later I still have NO feeling on my top lip. And I had to go to urgent care twice for infection .... my face swelled so bad my eye closed. It was the most horrible experience of my life! Now I have to get an implant. I had 3 crowns done by Dr. Chi. a few months ago. The most uncomfortable dental experience in my life! She should be wearing a construction helmet. Dropped the drill in my mouth several times and managed to put a good sized hole in the back of my tongue, plus got my gums bleeding with her rough "touch." I have my teeth cleaned three times a year, last one in January. After hygienist did measurements of gums she decided that I need deep cleaning which costs thousands. I told her I couldn't afford that now and I just want a regular cleaning. She refused and said that I either get the deep cleaning or nothing. So I walked out. Since when does a dentist/ hygienist, get to tell a patient what they have to do. They should recommend what I need done and I get to decide. Dont I have the right to choose what I want done to my body/teeth? Do I not live in a free country? I'm furious and I will be speaking to the ADA. read more

I always had a good experience at the Fort Pierce (Indrio Road) location until recently. I had needed a new crown and I explained to the staff that I needed to wait until the insurance would pay for it. I received a call one day out of the blue from the staff saying my crown was eligible for coverage, so I made an appointment to have it done. I was given an estimate and had the first part completed. Two weeks later, their office called me to say the crown was not covered under insurance, and it was my responsibility to pay for the entire crown (approx. $450 more than my original estimate). I spoke to the office manager, who had no sympathy of my situation and took no responsibility of the actions of his staff. I was extremely disappointed with the outcome and will be looking for a new dentist now. Please be aware that the staff is incompetent when it comes to insurance & billing issues. read more

I have been going to this dentist office for approximately 3 years for cleanings. My husband and daughter also. I finally got my 21 year old son to make an appointment and it was not a good experience. My son is on our insurance, free X-rays and cleanings 2x year. He made the appointment 1 week in advance and gave them the insurance info. When he went this morning (after working a midnight shift) he was made to wait for almost an hour for the insurance to be approved. The DR came in and told him the insurance has not responded and it will be 80.00 for x-rays and he would have to come back at 2:00 for the cleaning. He said no and walked out. when I called to find out what happened they blamed the entire thing on the insurance and my son. When I told Angel she would probably be losing 3 patient she flippantly said ok. Bad customer support. Bad business manners. read more

I truly love the people at this office. My husband and I have very different needs and goals for our dental health. They listened to what we wanted to accomplish and set out to make it happen. When I had a tooth that was a lost cause, the doctor explained why it needed to go, instead of stringing me along with possible promises of recovery. This saved me a good deal of money, and ingratiated to him, for his honesty. They are professional, kind, and work with us as we can afford to have things done. I've been coming to this practice about 6 years and am leaving. The place changed from a seemingly friendly, patient-centered practice to an assembly-line- you're just a number kind of place. It never felt like a franchise but it certainly does now. Apparently they were so afraid of losing patients to the last dentist they tried to keep it a secret he was gone. He treated me for 6 years. All front office staff turned over and have a steep learning curve with making appointments, friendly customer service, and being organized. I will greatly miss the hygienists who were amazing. They are the only two semblances of what the place was. If it continues the downhill trend since another "group" or franchise bought part of them in January, I bet they won't even stay. I am saddened. And yes, I tried to express my concerns of the handling of it all to the district manager who was friendly but relayed a very cold comeback from the higher ups in the company. So, this place has become McDonald's for dental care. No thank you. I build relationships and need to be able to trust my medical providers. If I could give the franchise zero stars and leave a review, I would. Oh and I left out they notified me one of their employees stole my personal information! read more
