I came in needing an emergency crown replacement before a big move, and they managed to scan, print, and seal my crown all in ONE day, plus squeeze me in for a cleaning. I was blown away. The clinic is spotless, modern, and welcoming. And they're open on weekends -- yes, Saturday AND Sunday! That kind of flexibility is rare and a huge lifesaver if you're in a pinch. Special shoutout to Dr. Kendall Fraser, who was absolutely wonderful -- calm, communicative, and explained every step so clearly that I never felt lost or anxious. It made the whole process smooth and reassuring. The hygienists and assistants were incredible -- not just skilled, but there to cheer you on and provide real moral support if you're feeling nervous. Just don't go here, they're absolutely awful, I got a root canal and crown done here, and I've had…read moreto have the crown recemented 4-5 times since, when they left my insurance network they never informed me until I received a hefty bill, which eventually disappeared but ever since every time I come in for services my bill is always higher than originally quoted, or I pay and get a bill for $100+ more $$ in the mail a month or two later, I came in to get my crown fixed and informed them I was pregnant, they then scheduled me a cleaning appointment (knowing full well I was pregnant and had received clearance from my OB) they then told me when I came in for said cleaning they couldn't treat me because I was pregnant, and are now trying to charge me and my insurance $130 when they couldn't even treat anything! Absolutely awful business, constantly have more issues after a visit than I did before, and seriously? Why does it take 4+ times of giving me a "temporary solution" before you discuss permanent solutions with someone? I will say the ladies are kind, which was the only thing that kept encouraging me to go back, but when I'm told "they'll figure it out with my insurance" and then get over charged constantly even when I clarify that I need out the door prices to budget, that is a deal breaker for me especially when I'm in pain but too scared to go in out of fear of how much they're going to randomly charge me next!

I've been back twice since my dental surgery and am really, really happy I found this dental office. I went for a cleaning (my first in probably 15 years) a couple weeks ago, and my hygienist, Nadia, was wonderful. She was super empathetic about my gag reflex and worked with me on ways to minimize it while doing X-rays. She was also super communicative with me about the other steps of the exam so that I wasn't caught off guard by anything. Dr. Le is fantastic. He was kind and conversational, and he conveyed information without being condescending. I really appreciated that he suggested a more conservative approach to the issues I had as opposed to jumping straight to a root canal. I came back a couple weeks later for a couple fillings, and my experience with light sedation was amazing. I took oral medication before arriving and was set up with nitrous once I arrived. Dr. Le and the hygienist (Patrice, I believe) were again fantastic. While I don't think I completely fell asleep, I was definitely zoned out for a big chunk of it and felt super calm. For someone with PTSD and a fear of needles, that's an unbelievable feat. Speaking of needles, when possible, they use a special machine that makes the lidocaine injection so much more comfortable that I was barely even aware of it being used. One final note: the front office staff is great, too. They are highly communicative and easy to get in touch with. And I've never had to wait in the waiting area for more than a few minutes. (I'm sure exceptions to that happen, but I'd feel confident it's in emergency situations and not an everyday habit the way it can be at other offices.)

Carlson dental group is amazing. They are careful, thorough, gentle, mindful, and quick all at the same time. Never more than a 5 minute wait any time I've been there. I've NEVER had them "recommend" work that didn't need to be done or try to tack on extra services that are not needed. They always ask if I have any concerns and completely answer those concerns before proceeding to complete the routine services that I am there for. I've been lucky enough to remain with the same hygienists (Amy & Tyra) the entire time I've been a patient there. They have become great friends and THAT is the kind of healthcare we should all be so lucky to have!! The docs are fantastic, as well. I've not needed one for anything other than a routine exam........... but they have still been professional and "human" as opposed to stiff and "clinical!' HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARLSON DENTAL GROUP!!!

The front office girl and office manager were condescending in their understanding of the bottom barrel level of professionalism the assistants have, by minimizing my experience telling me they know those girls and they doubt it was meant how I interpreted it. As I decided to leave after witnessing ghetto behavior, the assistant comes from the back and loudly say, " she just walking out." Professionalism doesn't matter here-simple!
