I arrived at this location around 6:30 PM, well before the posted closing time of 8:00 PM, and the manager refused to let my car into the wash. While I understand the sign states "business permitting," there were still cars lined up from the entrance all the way to the exit, so the wash was clearly still operating. Despite that, my vehicle was turned away without any real explanation. As a long-time, loyal customer, this was very frustrating and disappointing. Customer loyalty should matter, and if the business is still actively washing cars before closing, customers who arrive during posted operating hours should be given the opportunity to receive the service. I hope management addresses this so other loyal customers don't have the same experience.

They did a quick rinse and then they pulled my car up to the guys who dry and vacuum. I should've just done it myself. The guy on the passenger side of my car was holding his phone with one hand and switching between the spray and the towel under his arm with the other. While the guy on the driver's side was hustling.. neither of the guys did the very back windows in the van. Those are still dirty. You can definitely tell on the inside of my car. The driver's side is cleaner than the passenger side. I wanted to complain, but the girl at the counter was walking around with her phone in her hand. If they're going to allow those guys to work with their phones in their hands and not care about the quality we're paying for, then lower your prices. Not going back!
