Upon expressing my displeasure with the young lady at the counter. This employee mentioned that there have been MANY COMPLAINTS about this young lady's behavior & this young lady is THE STORE MANGER OF THIS NOTHING BUNDT CAKES LOCATION! I am an executive healthcare leader. If it were up to me this young lady would be immediately removed from her position!
