Service is consistently good and friendly. We love going to stardust - lots of Fun stuff to do here as well: bowling, laser tag, escape rooms, arcade, axe throwing and other stuff. Recommend ordering food in the restaurant area rather than while bowling. That can consume your play time. We made that mistake a couple times. Overall good experiences and made many memories here. Also note - they do have a metal detector at the door and security which adds to a level of safety that I appreciate.

Also, the instructors previously were way more proactive with directions. That being said, I thought the concept was clever and there were some creative clues leveraged. Check in was easy enough and the instructor kindly offered to walk us through what we missed. I'll also add - it's in a mega complex with an arcade and laser tag. We ended up a few people short and they were great about comping us the extra value. Arcade games are standard fae but seemed to be well maintained. Prizes for the arcade are pretty much exactly what you'd see at a Dave & Buster's. Ultimately we had fun, but not sure I'd rush back

This was an awesome experience…read more Very well thought out and challenging escape game rooms. We did two of the games on two separate occasions. One of our groups had 7 and another had 9. The staff and creators were incredibly creative. It made it a very out of the ordinary experience. This would be great to do with friends, families, groups of co-workers etc. Awesome for building teams and problem solving! Definitely bring your thinking cap!

When I asked the owner about it he showed zero signs of compassion or concern he only cares about his shop. My son who has a learning disability and emotionally impaired left 15 minutes after starting a game here from being harassed by one of the long time players here . I don't recommend anyone playing or shopping here. Especially after seeing how the owner is. He needs psychological help. Especially running a shop for kids. My son started walking home and this place is in a really rough neighborhood while carrying a couple thousand dollars of Pokemon collection in his backpack. Don't come here it's very very schweaty play and the owner has the personality of a card scalper
