At one point, I was told that the cost to tear the car apart was "about $350 + tax," yet the final invoice shows $925 in labor, including a $450 "complex labor" charge. These numbers do not add up and were never clearly explained. The shop claimed my axles were "gaulted" or had "welded themselves" to the differential, requiring replacement. However, I was never given a clear or consistent explanation of what actually caused this or why it justified the additional charges. Even my warranty company attempted to get clarification and was unable to receive a clear answer. I was also told that no further work would be done unless I agreed to the charges, which left me in a position where I felt pressured to approve repairs without a full understanding of the total cost. When I asked questions, communication became unprofessional. I was called a "terrible customer," told I was being petty, and had calls ended on me. The owner was rude and dismissive during this process. After retrieving my vehicle, I discovered an issue in the fuse box area that was not present before service and is now causing electrical problems. This has added further concern about the condition in which my vehicle was returned. I paid $120 for diagnostics and walked away with no solutions. Unfortunately, this shop has gone downhill over the past few years, declining from a great place to one with weak diagnostics and questionable recommendations. The owner has zero responsibility for the work they do and always blame you or the car for their poor lack of care. I took my BMW M4 here for stripped lug nut, which they were able to remove. Then they proceed to over torque the lug nuts where they almost stripped and I barely got them off with a 5 foot breaker bar! I paid them to lower my car which was quoted at 3 hours. They call me to pick it up and it "took longer and charged me almost 2.5-3X more than originally quoted. Their employees don't test drive the car after servicing to make sure what they did was done correctly. Instead they call me that my car is finished and as soon as I drove off to go home, the rear of my car made super loud noises going over bumps. I immediately turned around and they looked at it, and I believe said they forgot to bolt something back. Really professional... then my alignment was off, and I had to bring it back again... they "fixed it" with of course, no paperwork for the alignment to show the before and after spec sheet, and was still bad.. I waited a week if I could just live with it and it bothered me still, especially for this vehicle, it's not a junker. I made an appointment to come back for the 3rd time and they had my appointment time wrong which I was understanding and was going to come back, until the owner comes in and asks me what's wrong "again" and said "I'm pretty tired of working on your car". Is this someone you want to bring your vehicle you work hard for and pay a lot of money for a shop to work on? I told him to refund my alignment and that they over torqued all my wheels after mentioning this issue the 2nd time, but clearly nobody cares here. He got up and walked out and I had to get my refund from the front desk for alignment. I own a business myself, and would never treat my customers this way, nor blame them for something I did wrong and not fix my mistake. Poor business customer service and service in general. Steer clear of this place for your own good.
