He walked our property, clearly explained how water and moisture enter homes, and outlined exactly what solutions would work best for us. Unlike other companies that said certain work couldn't be done, RichOne handled it all: exterior trenching, installing a proper barrier, sealing foundation issues, and carefully working around utilities. In our basement they set up a drainage system and installed the Sump Pump perfectly and the vapor barrier they installed doesn't detract from the natural brick! The salesman, Lou, at first didn't look me in the eye when I asked if their system would solve our problem but then said it would. Their technician would inspect and stop installation if it wouldn't. Of course, Lou is there to sell a product regardless is you need it or not. And I can't say anything bad about the product but the fact is "we didn't need to spend $5,700.00 for a new gutter system!" Our issue was solved with a few hundred dollars. We didn't need LeafFiler or a new roof! Don't trust these people to give you an honest diagnosis. They don't care...they are there to sell you their system regardless if you need it or not.

No you cannot put these up and completely forget that you still own gutters. That said, as far as completely overhauling a system designed in Roman times to make it much more efficient and easy to do maintenance on, there is truly no other option. While I did find cheaper, the systems, designs and materials were sub par and I did not come close to finding a salesman nor installer with the knowledge or enthusiasm I did when dealing with LeafFilter! 6 of 5 stars to make up for the people who think this makes there gutters invisible and thus rate it poorly!
