Now, over a year later, after a parade of "we'll be out in a couple weeks!" every time I called, they still haven't come out to fix the roof of my garage, which only got worse over the winter and now I'm looking at having to replace the rear wall of the garage as well. All they ever did to it was throw a tarp over it just before winter, which didn't cover the whole roof. I don't know if they kept moving more lucrative repair jobs up in front of mine, or if they literally somehow forgot about me, over and over and over, but it doesn't matter; I now have even more expensive repairs to sort out due to their lack of action. Maybe you'll have better luck with them than I did, but if you get Zach as your project manager, don't believe a word he says about when they'll be out.

He does an excellent job of hanging pictures, which I greatly appreciated as a side courtesy. but his level of responsiveness dropped from a 10 to a 0 at this point. Nothing is urgent on my end, but a simple acknowledgement of my text of concerns & pics of the issue would be appreciated. I feel disrespected to be completely ignored after investing a good sum of money in my wood floors with a guarantee of satisfaction. At no point was it made clear that my reservation would be canceled without further notice if the deposit was not immediately paid. Although I signed the contract and believed my move was scheduled, the company canceled my reservation and gave away my moving date because I forgot to submit the $100 deposit. Instead of making a phone call or attempting to contact me directly, they simply sent a text message informing me that my move had been canceled. Considering how aggressively they pursued my business before I signed, I expected at least the same level of communication before canceling my reservation. A quick phone call could have easily resolved the issue. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another moving date and dealing with unnecessary stress.
