I simply replied that I was trying to match paper and he told me if I wanted paper I had to buy it in aisle seven. I replied with you used to be able to take the paper here to make copies and he said get out and go buy it in aisle seven. And I told him that you used to be able to do it and he said never! Never ever! and I said how long have you been working here and he replied eight weeks so his memory isn't that long and I have been a customer there for over 20 years. At that point, my husband got very upset at the way he spoke to me and told him "don't speak to her that way" and then he grabbed his little microphone and called for back up stating I'm being abused. I'm being abused call the police! Upon which another day them in a mask yelled from across the store "don't you ever go behind the counter" the manager did not investigate, he didn't ask questions, he yelled from across the store because he was now afraid as well so the two they them coward behind the counter continuously yelling while there were too lovely elderly ladies in the store who didn't know what to do. This is what happens when your father doesn't have an active role in your life, this is what happens when you're dysfunctional on every level you I am positive they dial 911. The manager kept going backwards into the back room, leaving they them behind the counter who continue to eat his doughnut. I will never go to the store again. You're better off to actually cut a tree down and make wood pulp and make your own paper then to deal with these incompetent jokes at the store level

He advised me to purchase the battery myself and let him know when it arrived. Before bringing it in, I organized and backed up my laptop -- even though Joe said it probably wasn't necessary, he agreed it was the wise thing to do. Today I called him, and he told me to bring it right over and he could get it done the same day. What a difference from the Apple Store experience, where I was told I'd need an appointment, then possibly wait 10 days just for them to look at it, followed by another week or more for the repair. I simply couldn't be without my laptop for two weeks. Joe was amazing. He completed the repair in under four hours, the price was very fair, and he was kind, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. My laptop is working great!!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing computer repair services.

No one welcomed me, said hi, or they'd be with me shortly or anything, which I didn't feel was very nice. I didn't know where I had to go to, there were no signs for "Returns", so I just stood around feeling stupid. There was only 1 employee taking care of customers which is definitely not enough ! It took awhile for the girl to finally come to me & within 2 minutes, I was outta there. They would get a higher review if I'd been told anything at all by someone that they'd be with me or so much as a greeting. This location is MUCH bigger than the one across from BK on Hertel & Delaware. They also definitely need more employees working to help everyone. Plenty of parking here which is great. It was quite messy & dirty inside though, which was not pleasant.

I would caution people about printing personal protected information and letting it sit on the printer, anyone can pick it up. No one has a printer in this day and age and it's cool that these services exist. They also sell things like office /school supplies, snacks, and greeting cards. And you can buy packaging and ship packages here too! It's an all in one kind of place with a friendly face.

Armed with paperwork and a prepaid printed label,I went there for a FedEx envelope. No need for a FedEx envelope anymore ! The associate used an Office Max box( very reminiscent of a shirt box) for my paperwork and taped it up. Let me first say this associate was an absolutely wonderful person. Cheerful and courteous. But I can't say I've seen anything taped quite that way before. When it arrived at its destination, the recipient said it was held together by one piece of tape. FedEx delivery said that box should not have been sent that way. Not sure why FedEx didn't say anything to Office Max.... Not sure why associate wrapped it that way. Not sure why I didn't step in and tape it myself. Moral of the story , you don't need FedEx envelopes anymore. Tape your packages yourself.

There are all…read morethe things you would expect to find - paper, pens, desks, chairs, organizers, etc. There are also things I had not expected like the giant popcorn tins that everybody brings to the office during the holidays, and tins of butter cookies that are probably not filled with sewing supplies yet. Prices seemed reasonable, average for what I see at other places. Large aisles and good lighting, although it was not especially easy to find specific things without asking for help; signage could be better. The fourth star is because one of the employees went above and beyond trying to find something for me that was not on the shelf (just the tag and an empty space) but was listed in their inventory system that they had it. I really appreciated that extra effort!
