Eddie gave us common sense advice on how to proceed with the sale, from what we should/shouldn't repair, how we should price the house, and when we should consider a pricing change. Every decision was ultimately up to us, but he was candid in giving his expert opinion. Eddie was also extremely timely with giving us information about listing activity and showings, and responding to our questions.
