Great skating rink I would highly recommend booking in advance for birthday parties. They do book out quickly and fill up pretty fast. They are always very busy and sometimes it's overwhelming. I really love skating and used to go a lot more... but an ankle injury and covid kinda nixxed that. I recently went to Great Skate to celebrate my 41st bday - yes I'm a kid at heart :) My kids came as well so we had about 6 people. I loved skating on the floor and enjoyed that it was not too crowded. There were a few kids being a bit reckless, but I just avoided them. They also play games a lot and we think that is fun - I participated in all of them! One of my favorite things here is the request list - the DJ does a nice job playing a variety of music and working the requests in. My kids got snacks at the snack bar, played the arcade games and won 2500 tickets!!!! (NO I don't even want to know how much money they put in those machines lol). They had a good experience redeeming the tickets. I don't love that the floor here is concrete... so falling hurts A LOT. Luckily the floor was very clean and I didn't take any tumbles. Pricing is fair - I like that they offer a discount if you bring your own skates. read more

Took my granddaughter, who does in line Skateing, and had three hours of skate time. During that time an off duty worker who was skating beautifully stopped and taught her some basics. The worked showed a lot of grace. The guards on duty showed compassion for all ages and skill types. I witnessed a lot of family type values. Zero stars absolutely horrible customer service my kids were on the rink playing tag like they usually do and they have never gotten told to stop then a tall worker named Lucas came up to my kids while they were playing and told them to stop playing and my kids weren't rude or disrespectful they simply just asked why then the employee Lucas said even if you argue there is no fucking way your playing and my 4 year old was right there in no certain terms should employees be cussing at my children read more

So the manager was saying we couldn't be outside the property so she told us to read the sign that said "can't be 16 or younger on the property" even tho we showed are ID she also was getting in my friends face and started going off. So we tried leaving the property but she said no and threaten to call the police. I don't recommend going here they are rude, and they have poor service. read more

Nothing but good things to say about this place! Great place to get some friends or family together for a day of fun! The staff does a great job making sure everyone is happy and having a good time. I even enjoyed playing all of the arcade games, makes you feel young again for sure! So I would say it doesn't matter how old you are you can go to great skate and have an amazing time! Recently attended my nieces birthday party at Great Skate. The staff was friendly and accommodating despite being a bit busy. My niece and her friends had so much fun we couldn't get them off the rink when it came time to leave, and you should have seen her face when they announced her Birthday! Love this place! There are SO many awesome skaters at Adult Skate. Highly recommend that session for the 21+ crowd.

Skating is great, games are fun. Sadly my daughter went on a field trip with extra $$ so she could buy a fidget spinner. She opened it and it was so rusted it didn't spin. She went to return it and was told no returns. No offer to exchange it. She threw it in the trash and came home bummed. This went from being one of our favorite places to take the kids to feeling like my kid was taken advantage of. Not sure if we'll go back, that's just bad business. read more

Always a favorite for my son who recently learned how to skate in gym class. They have reasonable hours, prices are decent. Food is kinda expensive but we don't usually buy any. There's a few games to play but we never have. Always full of birthday parties. They have a DJ that makes things fun. Tip: if you're not skating bring a jacket (or parka) because it's always freezing in there!! read more

Skating rink is small and in need of cosmetic updates, but tolerable. The music is terrible; definitely not the kind that makes you want to skate, but there's great customer service and food. Where's the lighting on the skate floor? Meaning, disco lights & other fun/colorful lights that makes the skate floor fun. This rink gets 3 stars only due to the customer service. Otherwise, it's the most boring skating rink that I've ever patronized. read more
