They of course didn't look at the order until the last minute and hadn't baked a single chocolate chip cookie. And they had none already made. When I asked how long it would've taken she said 10 minutes. What?! You couldn't get off your a$$ and in 10 minutes have baked some chocolate chip cookies?! So my subs were cut in half, not thirds, go figure, and I got a bunch of day old oatmeal raisin cookies. Geez. WTF. So I didn't have enough servings and the 2 kids who ate an oatmeal raisin the rest was thrown away. What a waste. If you truly need your order prepared correctly go to Eastgate because you're not getting it at this store. Sigh... I did give 2 stars because the subs are edible even if not how you ordered it.
