Let me start out by saying that I shipped a apple device back from this location with a prepaid label and it never got to Apple. It took me over six months to resolve and was an $800 issue. My gut feeling on this is someone that work there noticed the wrapping and took it. But because I'm limited on time, I have frequented this establishment again and have never had a problem other than perhaps them stealing the iPhone. There wasn't anyone there yet as they had just opened at 8 am. All in all, fast and convenient service. Will keep in mind when I need printing services. Was really overly ambitious because I had such a short deadline to come up with a book and I didn't want to do slipshod it. Came to print depot with really almost impossible demands. 1) I needed it by the end of the day 2) I was printing full-bleed tenders and needed it to be perfect 3) The materials of the book are all different but I somehow need them to fit 4) Wanted it to be sturdy and have a professional look instead of copier quality. Went there at 2pm and the owner patiently and painstakingly saw us through the whole process. He taught us tips and tricks for indesign (for future reference) and also put in a lot of effort into making sure that everything went smoothly.
