Was quite frustrated there are so few privately owned, reliable printing shops around town in mid-city and westside. Worst customer service ever. It took three weeks to make one business card, and they submitted a card in a different color than the design. They didn't acknowledge their own lack of professionalism, didn't try again, and ended. very uncomfortable, Don't waste your time and effort. The fact that it took three weeks to create the design shows the low quality of the work. When I asked another design company, I was told that they could do everything from design to printout in 3 days. He says he printed it out in 3 days. Even if I am satisfied with the design, I believe that the finished product is what really counts in the end. The owner doesn't understand the truth, so he ends it with "AND GAVE YOU A FULL REFUND." P.S. I unilaterally said I would refund your money because it was such a hassle, but below is the comment from the owner who pretends to be a hypocrite.
