Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

Then second time around same mistake same ingredients on all boxes. Joella didnt seem to care. Luckily i checked it the second time and made her change it . Its gets worse. In 6 months they were unable to erect a proper website for me the content of which i wrote and pretty much gave it to them. My project was delayed so much that the State of California send me a notice they will cancel my sellers permit . One day before thanksgiving when i called their office 3 times finally Ben and Joella spoke with me and this lady Joella actually said I need to give her more time and allow her to work and Mr Ben was angry that I said everything is chaotic and that I was trigerring him .I paid them so much money , i paid for their mistakes . I donated money for their charity event . Not once have they apologized or showed any remorse on the contrary they seem upset and bitter that i ended the professional relationship. All through these interactions Joella will appear and then disapper for a few. She answers emails and messages only if she feels like it . And much much more ... oh boy ! Do not pay for same day without checking how busy they are, as that could take a few days (which is astronomically different in price; in my case it was 170$ vs 50$ between same day and next day) and they will not tell you ahead of time that they are busy if you don't call. They agreed to a time they couldn't commit to, not even bothering to start the order until the day was basically over (despite agreeing to a 2 pm deadline). Payment has to be made up front as well for a service they might not be able to provide. For sticker sheet printing, for some reason, they count quantities by individual kiss cut stickers despite selling in sheets, which is false advertisement (especially when a 4 in by 6 in sheet can hold a bunch of stickers of various shapes and designs). Their user interface for sticker ordering is essentially copied from other sticker companies in the area, yet they don't even understand how the selection works. If you absolutely have to use this service over others in the area, make sure to use card in case issues like this show up and call ahead of time to make sure they're actually able to do the job by the deadline you need for it.

They now offered the owner Peter Kwong $100 a year instead of their regular contract. This is likely the only CPU that accepted such a ridiculous offer but Peter wanted to keep it open for the community, especially the elders that need this service. Peter has been operating at a loss for the last 26 year but now he will really be bleeding red. The workers need their job and the community needs this USPS. I know there has been comments about their service but please give grace to the older worker and please support its cause. We are fighting for the community so hope you all can do the same but making this USPS your go to USPS.

I've been going to L.A. Press Printing for about 20 years now and I have never been disappointed with the final product. They always have my work done on time and exactly the way I wanted it. I needed some flyers and business cards and they were done within a few hours. They have all the right equipment to do any kind of job and the prices are very fair. All the workers and especially shawn are so kind and helpful. Even on a business day they always make time to sit down and help you with your order. I'm a greeting card designer (not a graphic designer) and rather prolific in my illustration design. The signage I needed was done on foam core and they were able to do custom shapes for a set fee. Our graphic designer's files included the exact colors and specified lines exactly where to cut. Their work surpassed my expectations in terms of quality, packaging and customer service. A gentleman even helped me carry out the signage to my car (the packaged box was about 7 ft tall and 5 ft wide!) I was mostly in communication with JD via email and he was incredibly helpful and more importantly, punctual. I would definitely trust them any projects and will definitely be using them in the future!

They provide options for new projects we dream up, bring us samples, and share photos of test prints so we know we're getting exactly what we want.
