On 1/25/16, Tesla Media Group's (TMG) Oriel Z. created a yelp page for my business and posted a bad review on the page, regarding how he felt about me as his customer. Please be advised Oriel Z nor anyone from TMG has never hired me or consulted me for any legal matters and were never my clients. I hired this company to make me a website, which they have failed to provide me. Oriel's review of my business is good example of how unprofessional this company truly is. Please see it here- http://www.yelp.com/biz/law-offices-of-lisa-z-liu-alhambra Then, after posting the review on my yelp page, on 1/25/16, Joon Kim from TMG emailed me, and offered to give a refund but $500 dollars for the "design" they created, and additionally wrote that they wrote me a bad review, which they will remove only if I remove my yelp review of their business. This is extortion and flat-out retaliation for my honest review. What will be next? Actions speak louder than words and what this company did, above, speaks for itself. ********** Oriel, Joon Kim from your company is the one who said "Goodbye"on text message to me back in early December 2015 and no one from your business reached out to me since you took my money and refused to return any of it AND I still have not received any completed design or website. If you fulfilled your side, where is my website or completed design? Absolutely NO denying and NO apology for the blatant unprofessionalism that I have experienced. So far, NO immediate refund for nonperformance of work. No finished design, let alone a working website. Since my honest review of your company was posted, I have not received any calls, text messages or emails from this company. I only received the public message posted on this page. If you are really open to resolving this issue, then please refund me my money. I am open to resolving it and receiving a refund for my wasted time and energy. If you refund it, I will update the review to state the fact that at least my money is returned. *****As long as I have not received any refund, this statement will still be up.****** NO denying that they wanted to report me to the State Bar for stating my honest opinion of them. NO comment on the fact that you wrote a yelp review for your OWN company. Truly a VERY HONEST COMPANY. NOT. Is this the kind of company you want to deal with? My credit card company and not bank is still investigating this issue. It is currently not closed. It is very unprofessional for Oriel to give the impression that this dispute is closed. I am very confident my credit card company will issue a refund, especially since for the second payment, I gave them my AMEX Credit Card to charge, only when I receive my completed website. However, without my authorization, they recharged my Chase Credit Card before I received any website or finished design. This can be basically considered Identity Theft. They well knew that I did not approve the Chase Card charge, and Joon stated that in his google voice text messages to me. I will update this once the Credit Card company closes the dispute. Until then, it is still open. -- Regarding the website --- Oriel's comment: "UPDATE: Did you not approve the design work? Did we not fulfill our obligation to do 2 revisions and we went and approved 4 revisions? The reason you wanted a refund is because you wanted to continue to have design edits without paying for services. You will see she will avoid this question since all our approvals are done via email for record keeping." If I approved, why would I want additional changes for free? If I approved, why do I still have no website or completed design? This makes absolutely no sense. read more
