The entire roof was sunk in from the a/c back to the front door. Trades ok added spacers to the skylights internally because Lance's have thinner roofs and require a taller skylight. They used cheap skylights and even used random screws so long that the screw came INTO ceiling hallway about 1/2". Also, when I turned on the shower and water pump to test the water system I noticed water gushes out of the underbelly, the pipe was completely detached (pics). Ignoring an upset sales customer is the worst thing you can do vs resolving the issue with a disappointed buyer and making things RIGHT. BBB has been contacted and the FTC. My phone is on!

Before booking an appointment I went in to chat with the owner and service staff. I was impressed in the way they addressed my concerns. About two weeks later I I dropped my RV off at 8 am. My instructions were to check all seals, winterize, service the generator, remove current kitchen faucet and install the one I supplied, and check overhead cab area in my Winnebago Class C Outlook for leaks. Having paid to repair leaks in previous and current RV I was thinking the worst. Later that early afternoon I received a call saying that the clearance lights covers were cracked and he wanted to order them. I was relieved it was a simple problem. What impressed me was the dialog and call from the shop. My RV was repaired in a timely manner and what I thought was a more than a fair price. The invoice was itemized completely. While I have only one experience at Armstrong RV repair I will certainly be going back. If nothing else stop in and chat to see if that is a shop you want to create a relationship with.

He did all the routine RV maintenance, and since he recently passed away, I needed to understand what maintenance was critical and also to learn how to carry out routine upkeep on the RV. I also had noticed a regular beeping sound, but didn't know where it was coming from. Chris found out it was the LPG detector and removed it, letting me know it was past its prime and needed to be replaced. He also noticed that the drain hose for the black and grey water tanks had a leak. And even more critical, he noticed a bulge in one of the 12-Volt batteries and recommended its replacement Chris was patient with all my questions and offered much needed information for areas that I didn't even know what questions I should ask! I look forward to taking my RV to Peace of Mind's business site to have the necessary work done when the parts are in, and I'm sure I will be a regular customer for routine maintenance in the future. We have reached out 3-4 times & being totally shunned. We have been so mistreated that even though our new heater (that was approved by the technician to be safe) is toast as well as a melted outlet. It's really a bummer to be treated so unprofessionally & all we want is to either use our prepaid 2nd visit -OR- to be credited the $95 that wasn't used. The (instrument) cluster panel began going blank every time we hit a bump such as a bridge seam on the freeway. It happened over and over again gaining frequency. The panel would go black including the GPS, camera panel and would reboot each time. Finally it didn't reboot. Stayed black. We have a Tiffin authorized service center 30 or so miles from home. The RV Corral is 105 miles. Based on the reviews, we chose The RV Corral. We were not disappointed. We were ecstatic. Their senior tech Warren figured out our complex problem in 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES. It was a loose ground. Service advisor Savannah and Service advisor Andy were fantastic. They have our business solid! You'll recognize Warren. He looks like Moses (LOL).
