During the cleaning they moved every piece of furniture except the beds and dressers and did a fantastic job. They put the furniture on small spacers until the carpet dried. Every time i asked about the status of my window order, the answer goes like this........Yes Sir, we are working on it, it's a Marathon, not a Race.......or Mark will say Yes, Sir, I will check with Pella and get back to you.
