Found myself starving while heading out of Atlanta with my family and figured that Great Wraps may be a nice, light idea for a bite to eat. Located in the food court on the C concourse, Great Wraps is among a number of restaurant options and stood out to me on this visit. Serving up sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies and more, it seemed like a "healthier" option when compared to others. The team behind the counter was so kind and really patient, which I know has to come in handy at the airport lol. I ended up going with a buffalo chicken wrap and a southwest wrap of sorts. My order was ready in about 10 minutes or so after being pressed on the grill a bit. The counter and ordering experience was wonderful, quick and simple from start to finish. The wraps themselves? Not as phenomenal. My bf didn't seem to have too many issues with his but my wrap was just lacking flavor, was a little mushy inside and the chicken tasted a little wonky. It happens! read more

Absolutely horrible experience. The cashier was kind and attentive. The woman preparing the food had no sense of urgency. Mind you this is an airport and people have places to go. I got the pancake platter with potatoes and a drink. The woman proceeded to chitchat with her friend and allow her friend to use the oven to prepare her personal meal and then proceeded to start on making mine. I guess there were no pancakes made so she had to get the flat pan out, heat it up with oil then add the pancakes. This process took maybe 4/5 minutes. While she waited for the pancakes to cook, she proceeded to make a steak wrap for another gentleman. My first moment of pause is when she added potatoes to his burrito by just dipping her hand in the corral of potatoes. She didn't use a spoon a spatula, no apparatus just the same hands and gloves that she had been using to operate everything else within the kitchen area. Then, as the pancakes were being completing, she started to build my bowl ....once again reaching in with her gloves to grab the potatoes by hand. I was so disgusted but short on time I could not address the concern. I made it to my gate with just enough time to eat a few bites. The eggs were so hard and so cold and the sausage had a crusted layer on one side that made it impossible to bite into the sausage. As the pancakes seemed to be the freshest option, I consume those prior to boarding my flight while having to discard the rest of the meal. I truly wish I could receive a refund. This meal was 90% inedible. Not only was it bad Customer Service, food that lacked any flavor but the potatoes that she picked up with her hands to throw in a bag were also cold. Not even room temperature, but cold. The diet Pepsi and the pancakes were basically all I had for $11. Please avoid this place at all cost. read more

Menu board is not fully operational, and when I inquired about how would a customer know what is available on the establishment menu, the male employee sarcastically responsed, "one would ask". Another employee displayed her dislike for my not wanting cheese and mushrooms on my sandwich as well as not waiting at the opposite end of the counter for my order, because I was trying to read the menu board. We stopped here on the Concourse A at the Atlanta airport for our lunch waiting on our next flight. Usually airport food is just so-so, but this meal was exceptional. My partner ordered a gyro which he found tasty, while I ordered the Chicken Avocado Wrap. Mine included chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomato and a nice light sauce on a fluffy warm pita. The chicken was well seasoned, but not spicy. Nice pieces of avocado, The only issue I had is that the piano guy was playing way too loud. Great food, quick service. read more

Wanting a lighter meal at the airport, I stopped by Great Wraps. There's a word I would use to describe them, and it rhymes with wrap. The cashier was rude and they put tape over the "custom tip" option on the reader which is a really tacky thing to do, especially for a pickup at the counter place. I also noticed they charged me a dollar extra just to add a small buffalo sauce. Even the sauce couldn't save the food though. I ordered the gyro salad. The gyro meat was cold and bland (and there were only three small slices), the vegetables unfortunately were not fresh, and I couldn't wait to throw out most of my salad. Because the workers were busy, I had to place my order on the self check out kiosk, which led me to have lots of questions for the workers about the options provided for the chicken Philly. I learned that the menu that is posted is somewhat outdated, so the items that it lists as coming standard on the chicken Philly are not all steel standard. So, if you have to place your own order, it's a good idea to ask questions. The sandwich was freshly made, but it needed seasoning. Not too bad. A great value for a pretty fresh meal. I got lucky and there was no line bc it takes a while with only one person to make everyone's order so I didn't have to wait too long. I chose the gyro bowl with lettuce and it was loaded with fresh veggies (tomato, cucumber and banana peppers) and feta and white sauce with some gyro meat. My son was interested in the smoothies, but the employee told us they were "syrup based" smoothies without any actual fresh fruit in them. So we passed on that, because I wouldn't even call blended syrups and ice a smoothie. Gross. I ordered scrambled eggs, and they were inedible. They smelled rancid! An overwhelming smell of rotten eggs wafted out when I opened the lid of the container. The ambiance isn't great, but I didn't expect an airport food court to have a great vibe so that's okay.
