Really dissapointed with the crew working today at concourse C, especially the on duty manager. I assume it's the manager since she had on a blue shirt vs everyone else in black shirts. I placed my order after the employee in front of me had to finish up gossiping with the other employees, 25 seconds later. I was an after thought and wasn't acknowledged until this chat had finished. Employee made my buritto and set it on the grill. AFter about 8-9 mins, I observed my buritto get moved to the other side of the grill. After a while, I had to ask where mine was, and the manager proceeded to grab the wrong burrito. I questioned whether that was the right one, insisting it wasn't. The manager rudely told me "that's yours". I already knew before I bit into it --wrong. I usually don't make a fuss and would eat it anways, but the combination of attitude and the wait really had me irritated. I went back up a nd told them they were wrong, when the manager proceeded to mumble some rant under her breath. They didn't say anything, forcing me to ask "can you make me another one". They nodded, and then didn't say anything for another 30 seconds where I had to ask "do you even remember what I ordered"... there was no confirmation that they were going to make sure the right one got made... Only to find out they confirmed the WRONG order. Once corrected, they still proceeded to hand me the wrong burrito which was confirmed when I bit into it again. There's a lack of focus and prioritization of chatting with co-workers vs acknowledging customers and prioritizing their jobs. 30 minutes to have the wrong food again is insanity. read more

Had to write a review because it was one of the best gyros we ever had! I don't know what happened to the others who wrote, but I had to add our good review. Here's what I did. I was actually nice, and polite to the very nice middle eastern woman who was working on Wednesday night. She made me laugh and we were off to a great start. She proceeded to make the most delicious two gyros for us! They were out of tomatoes by themselves so she offered to add the cucumber salad to it instead (yum, highly recommend!) It had all the goodies inside and was in a fluffier than your usual pita/bread and I managed to not eat it all in 3 seconds and actually saved about five bites for the plane. Even the onions were good. We were worried, but they must do something so that they are not too oniony so we didn't kill anyone's nose on the plane. So here's your lesson. Be nice, and polite and you may get the best gyro ever too! Only problem is, I'll be looking everywhere now to have another one just like it! Thank you for a great meal for two. Stopped here the last couple of times going through ATL. Food is consistently good. I like the gyro and felt it was healthier than some of the greasy surrounding options. Staff are consistently in a bad mood and not friendly. Oh well. Maybe if found myself at my life's apex working at a fast food place in a busy airport I'd be grumpy too. read more

Grabed a quick bite to eat here when my flight arrived very late and they were one of the few options open on a Sunday evening after 9 PM. There really wasn't anything exciting about this meal, but it was fresh and filling. I did enjoy the warm kettle chips. read more

I walked up in a very happy mood, ready to grab a quick bite before I got on the plane. I ordered a buffalo wrap, no meat. Went over to the pick up area, and saw the girl making my food. I asked mam, can I please have a little extra hot sauce in that. Without looking over at me or addressing me, mumbling under her breath, she squirting half of a FULL bottle of hot sauce into my wrap. Then she put my wrap aside and proceeded to give other people their food who were behind me in line. Finally she picked up my food and handed it to me. I thought ok maybe it will be ok. I went to my gate to eat it and it was completely inedible. Looked like a big bowl of hot sauce. SEE PIC. I rushed back for my money back and was addressed with insults, eyes rolling. Nobody that worked there would give me the girls name who made my sandwiches and was now yelling at me. "Well you asked for extra hot sauce, that's extra". I should apologize to her, she said. Typical sub-par airport fare. I got breakfast here but then realized I got in the wrong line. I thought I was in the Qdoba line, but I also didn't want to get out of line to wait very long for another burrito. Note to self: time constrain aside, the place that has a longer line probably has better food. Both Great Wraps and Qdoba serve breakfast burritos. I am disgusted with my experience just now. Let's start withs the ordering process and cashier. There was a line yet she kept ducking into the back area (that you cannot view from the ordering side but can from the pick up side) to make phone calls. I witnessed this 3 times. She didn't even assist all of those in line, she'd take an order them disappear, take another one or two and back to the back. I had to repeat my drink order multiple times and she seemed annoyed when I asked for a receipt. In fact once I find my receipt I will post this young lady's name so you know to avoid at all costs. The boy making the sandwhiches could not keep up with the orders, despite them coming in in intervals due to the cashiers breaks between customers. There were 5 people waiting for orders at all times. Perhaps a second person is needed to expedite the process one toast the bread heat up the meat, and the other do all of the dressing/toppings/veggies. I peered through a clear portion in the glass wall separating the preparation area from the customer area and was absolutely disgusted. I have never seen a prep station that messy, hummus, tomatoes, cheese just scattered everywhere and in everything. My meal was subpar. The sandwich was not worth $7 and had wilted lettuce. The side salad was more wilted lettuce and cheese. I know they have tomatoes and cukes, why not put it on the side salad? Anywho I am quickly learning not to eat at ATL unless it is a sit down place, because the employees don't give a hoot about customer service or a decent product. read more

What can I say ..... Not a " oh my god" franchise. I tried the Old Faithful w bacon and the size compare to the price shock me a little bit but the flavor and the potatoes worked for me. Is ina the airport and it fill me up without feeling stuff !!! Not a bad idea but the size are small ... just saying..... but it got the job done! read more

Was very glad that they had at least one vegan item that I could eat . That's a special treat when you're in an airport . People were nice! However , I don't think my wrap was placed for a long enough period of time in the pressor and my wrap did come out on the cold side. Too much hummus was slopped inside and my wrap came out soggy. However , overall it didn't taste too bad and the fact that I could get a vegan item or 2 with fresh ingredients in an airport is a treat. My suggestion is to cook the wrap more throughly and have even more vegan items for vegan travelers !:) read more

Terrible food. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap and the "chicken" was questionable, at best. I know it's airport food and I wasn't expecting gourmet, but it was quite clear that this is another example of cutting costs to maximize profits.
