I had a very unpleasant experience with this doctor and her team. She was unprofessional, didn't ask me any meaningful questions, and seemed like she didn't want to be there at all. Her nurse practitioner also appeared inexperienced and unprepared--they expected me to know everything, even though they are supposed to be the medical professionals guiding me. To make matters worse, their automated phone system is frustrating and poorly designed. Overall, I left feeling confused, unheard, and disappointed. I Am G. I began my therapy services at GBMS Brandywine on or around Winter 2024 with provider Roundtree mostly & provider Johnson once or twice. My experience at this practice was going well at least I thought. Toward the end of 2025 into the beginning of 2026, I made several tele-health appointments, to which the links would not allow me to open them, causing me to miss my appointments. I expressed the issues with the person who answers the phone. I'm not sure if my messages were getting through to the provider. I thought maybe if I scheduled an in-person appointment, that would solve the issue. On the 27th of the month, I arrived in-person for my appointment, early. I was given some forms to fill by the short admin assistant who sits closest to the toilet. After signing the forms, and asking questions about the use of artificial intelligence during my visit, which I declined, the office manager, Cluedia, came to the front where all of the other patients were seated out in the open, and stated provider Roundtree would not see me today'. I became upset simply because she voiced this out in the open when in fact she could've handled it in a more professional manner without all of the attitude, I.e, offered to speak with me in private and explain why my first in-person visit was being refused after I've traveled on the bus for 4 hours. The short admin assistant who sits closest to the toilet at the front desk laughed. I asked for a closing account confirmation in writing, I was told to sit and wait, which I did up to an hour. I then left after asking to email it to me. 3/10/26, I went to GBMS to request provider Roundtree to fill a form, since she had been the provider I was seeing over the last year. Her assistant kindly walked me to her office to speak with me. She offered to make an appointment to come in and have provider Roundtree fill the forms. I made her aware about the rude and unprofessional experience of my last visit, when the office manager Cluedia stated provider Roundtree wouldn't see me on my appointment day. The assistant said she was confused because there are no notations in the system, and no notes provided. Provider Roundtrees assistant asked for me to wait in the waiting area while she asked provider Roundtree why she refused the appointment. After waiting about 10 min, the office manager, Cluedia, came to me in the waiting area and handed me my form back along with an envelope. Here is your dismissal letter'. I handed back the form for provider Roundtree and stated since provider Roundtree has been my provider, I'm requesting her to fill this form, you can email it to me, I don't need to come to the office to pick it up. On my way out, I handed the unopened envelope to the other receptionist who sits closest to the copy machine at the front desk and asked her to give the envelope back to the office manager, Cluedia. As I was walking towards the elevator, she said, I don't know what this is'. The other admin assistant that sits closest to the toilet said out loud, it's her letter stating she can't return here anymore', then she laughed. I overheard one of the patients, who sat in the waiting area, make a comment as I was leaving out the door. What may improve, a new manager. One who is more empathetic, considerate, genuinely kind and professional. read more

Find another doctor's office. I needed a new doctor for my prescriptions as I just moved here. The doctor was curt with me and seemed like she didn't want to be there. When I had to disrobe to be examined, I sat in the room for ten minutes while my doctor had a whole conversation outside the door. After that, I had to give a blood sample. The doctor taking my blood stuck me THREE times and was constantly readjusting the needle in my arm because she apparently couldn't find my vein. She said I must have been dehydrated because my blood just wasn't flowing. She kept flicking and tapping very harshly all over my inner elbow and forearm. She was wearing a glove with a rip that exposed one of her fingers. There is now a massive bruise on my right inner elbow, and it hurts to lift things or even type. read more

Been waiting for 2 months for my dental appointment than they call me 2 days prior to my appointment stating that the doctor called out , i tried calling multiple times to reschedule as soon as possible and no one seem to answer.At first they said that the doctor will be out for a week than they switch it to a whole month and can't get me until the first week of August and than they switch it to the end of August The assistant was rude and unprofessional. She lacks the verbal communication to be an assistant and wouldn't find an opening for me even though I've waited for two months already. This location should be closed or Atleast get review by the board for being such an unprofessional and ghetto staff. Specially the dental staff. read more

Don't know if Dr. Shaughnessy or Dr. Kevin Williams are still there, but if so: I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Unless you want a therapist who cleans her office while looking for your file during your entire appt. or who is literally leaving for a trip with suitcase in hand white you're in the waiting room waiting to see him! Frazzled, indifferent, incompetent, & unempathetic are not qualities in this field. And Dr. S spent more time trying to push low income vets like myself onto Obamacare which is a joke given the deductibles & premiums, & more time doing her job: she might actually be counseling ppl. read more

Dr Vereen has been my Dr for going on 3 years! Linda Crimmins is Dr Vereen's CMA. I love them both! If l have any problems that l need help with they write a referral right then and there! I just heard that Linda Clemm the CMA is going to be leaving June 7th, l admit l cried! She has been wonderful to me. I am so happy she is going to be going onto the next stage in her life with her family somewhere sunny and warm. Lynda, you could have taken me with you . No really l wish Lynda all the best although she will be missed so much by me. If l could give 10 stars l would! Love my physician, love my CMA. I'm not sure WHY I haven't received an email or phone call back, but this is getting borderline ridiculous. I was charged a copay for a service that was preventative. Your incompetent staff coded it incorrectly, even after I mentioned it to them prior to the exam. I will never return, but the VERY least that can be done is that the mistake can be fixed. On top of that, the "OB-Gyn" who did my exam was actually a family doctor, and you could tell. For sure. read more

If i could give ZERO stars i would. I have called 5-6 times to get an appointment for a root canal to be done back in early september. No one has answered the phone when i am transferred to the dentist when I call. On the last call I told the lady who answered before transferring me to the dentist phone line. Told her that i need to schedule an appointment and no one is answering. All she had to say was that they have a lot of voicemails to get back. Then she transferred me when i was talking. Very unprofessional ! If the phone rings answer it then you wont have to worry about getting back to patients with voicemails. Common sense. Don't recommend since I would have been a new patient who is in pain with a root canal that needs to be taken care of. I had to go to the endodontics that i was referred to and had to pay an out of pocket cost which i was hoping would be covered if i went to greater baden dentist. my appointment was may 1st at12:20..i was not seen til after 2pm. they overbook, not sincere with their apology and unorganize. i went up to the front desk 3 times to ask what was going on and after they said "miscommunication" there was so many of them and they had a miscommunication?! get it together! i had a follow up on may 8th and said they had to do another blood work and that i would get the results within 1-2 weeks..it is now june 15th and still no results. Horrible service! i will not be coming back to this clinic or whatever this place is. dr. vereen doesn't really explain well with results, i asked to do a pregnancy test and she said, WHY?! obviously, i want to know if i was pregnant. she needs to learn how to talk to patients! read more

This place is horrible I wouldn't recommend it to any friend or family member of mines. They don't follow OSHA standards and guidelines. They only care about numbers they don't care for their patients AT ALL. Most of the medical appliances are outdated and their disgusting all around STAY AWAY!!!! read more
