He told me that my skin tags were nothing to be concerned about but that I could pay $75 to have them all removed. My next provider identified one as a wart and then removed it and send it out to be certain it wasn't pre-cancerous. He also told me to put Vaseline on a raw spot that I had been concerned about for months. My next provider did a biopsy and found it to be a basal cell carcinoma (along with a second spot that was not as obvious). If you're looking for a thorough and invested dermatologist I suggest you look elsewhere.

After bringing my daughters to her for a few skin concerns I decided to schedule a skin check and switch. She received a reminder about the appointment a few days prior. When she arrived at the office, it was closed for the holiday. The foolish response from the front desk was that a third party sends the reminders. What she neglected to recall is that the front desk makes the appointments. Today, my sons went for appointments. One son just had a minor surgery a month ago and made the follow-up appointment. When they arrived, they said that they didn't have a record for either of them AND that they didn't have their appointments in their system. They looked a bit more and realized that they had their files and their appointments on their old system which they started using last August. They would not be seen today. AGAIN, what they're neglecting to realize is that they made the mistake because the appointments were made in December, after they moved to the new system. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
