Dr. Lamoureux did a very brief visual check standing several feet away from me. The brown laser treatment did nothing. I paid a lot of money for this and am extremely unhappy with the outcome. In addition, I saw another dermatologist today who told me I was not the first person to be unhappy with Skindermatology. Do NOT recommended this practice.

When i Called CVS Caremark, they said they just needed 2 prior authorizations and an appeal. When I asked the person to Please check their info before calling me, they basically gaslighted me and said they "got the doctor to take time out of her busy schedule to do peer to peer with the doctor on their end." im sorry, but we are all busy. putting that guilt on the patient is so wrong. She received a reminder about the appointment a few days prior. When she arrived at the office, it was closed for the holiday. The foolish response from the front desk was that a third party sends the reminders. What she neglected to recall is that the front desk makes the appointments. Today, my sons went for appointments. One son just had a minor surgery a month ago and made the follow-up appointment. When they arrived, they said that they didn't have a record for either of them AND that they didn't have their appointments in their system. They looked a bit more and realized that they had their files and their appointments on their old system which they started using last August. They would not be seen today. AGAIN, what they're neglecting to realize is that they made the mistake because the appointments were made in December, after they moved to the new system. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
