From my very first meeting with Lisa, to getting to know the nurses and staff, my entire journey was truly amazing. I hadn't realized how many dynamics go into having a facelift, but the team took the time to educate me beforehand and stayed by my side every step of the way afterward. Everything--from billing to scheduling to communication--was handled seamlessly. Of course, the star of the show was Dr. Fechner. While he is undoubtedly a skilled surgeon, I also believe he is an artist. I am beyond pleased with my results and would highly recommend him for anyone considering plastic surgery. I can still remember, a year ago, wishing it were already a year later--and now here I am, grateful, healed, and so happy with my decision.

Trusting a stranger with your face is...STRESSFUL. Dr…read more Bentkover's frank confidence is NOT. He listens to your skin and beauty concerns, then looks at each one himself, offering his own opinions and advice. His frank honesty is refreshing. IE I see acne hyperpigmentation on my chin. He responded, I don't see any discoloration on your chin, so noone else is noticing it either. Then, he added, what about the lines on your forehead? I said they didn't bother me, and he told me to leave them alone. Dr. Bentkover has many loyal patients, so he never needs to sell anyone on any procedures. Unlike spas that assault you with high pressure sales tactics every visit. Dr. Bentkover is a REAL DOCTOR, with a lifetime of experience working on skin and facial reconstruction, who DOES HIS INJECTIONS HIMSELF. Unlike spas that *claim* they work under a doctor, but have inexperienced technicians do the injections on unknowing patients. Go to a real doctor, like Dr. Bentkover. DON'T TAKE CHANCES WITH YOUR FACE. PRICES: No prices are listed on his website, except for facials. I've gone to him for several years, and his prices changed, for some facial fillers, without notice. Always ask. Don't assume. I also had ONE LASER treatment on my chest & under my nose, to remove RED SUN SPOTS (cherry angiomas) & capillaries. The PRICE of $850, which was not mentioned before hand, and it worked on the red spots, but not on the broken capillaries. I live in downtown Boston, and NO spa charges remotely close to that price for the same laser used for hair removal. I did NOT ask the price, as I'd gotten a large discount on a gift certificate at a charity auction. So, it was my fault. THE DEAL: His website lists new specials all the time. So, check it out!

He and his staff were incredible! It is rare to find a doctor who takes as much time with his patients as Dr. Bentkover does. He is a true professional but still cares about each of his patients on a personal level. He sees each person that walks through his door as a more than just a potential client. He takes the time to get to know you, your desired outcome and expectations. He is honest about the expected outcome of the procedure and what can and can not be completed, which is extremely important when considering a surgeon to preform any major procedure. His post procedure care is also excellent. He and his staff again, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for. I had complications which were unrelated to the procedure its self and he and his staff followed up with me on a regular basis. More than I could have ever expected from a doctor or his staff. He followed up with me for several months and provided exceptional care through out the time. I would highly recommend him. And even though I am no longer in the area if I ever need any additional procedures he will be the first person I seek out.

Dr hein listened, had empathy, care, and supported me no matter what I decided. Ultimately I decided on reconstruction. She was a light through my entire journey. I have a lot of love for her and the amazing heart she has because of how she handled me as her patient. I am truly grateful. I am now 23 and I live with the numbness and scars that Dr Hein Succumbed me to. I went with a female doctor to avoid males seeing my breasts at (a very insecure re : birth defect at 17 years old. ) We had multiple meetings before we went into surgery at the hospital. I was informed only once we were at the hospital that there were multiple medical students there to observe my surgery. I was not offered this as an option or something I could say no to, ( which after researching, I can) but rather my surgery is happening and it's like this or not- it goes forward or it doesnt since the students have ventured all the way the hospital which I wasn't informed of. I was not given a clear "no" option and I was already in my hospital gown and hooked up to an IV when asked- meaning if I backed out now, it'll cost me $$$$. So not only did I not feel comfortable in giving a no, but it was not presented to me as an option without paying $$ for her lack of consideration v, and resulted in the exact situation I paid thousands to avoid. not only did my surgery NOT HOLD UP more than a year later, but when the lift relied more on post-surgery swelling than results, a stitch popped. Leaving my nipple permanently disfigured like a pizza without a slice. Something she never addressed or fixed on the check up, but another doctor did. He was very confused on her methods and results. He even called in young associates to take a look at my botched job. also, Hein gave me a lesser stitch than what was promised for surgery, and that lesser stitch has affected how I have healed. I was promised an anchor scar when I went into surgery, but I was left with the lollipop scar, which i feel was to impress spectators. (students) re her ability bc it was not agreed upon, and did not hold up overtime. My breasts reverted to their original state immediately after swelling. My only options now are more surgery to correct this with implants which I do not want and am incredibly uncomfortable with, or taking both of my boobs straight off my chest. with more corrective surgery, doctors told me , the way she handled my nipples, there's a high chance they'll go NECROTIC. To a different doctor, I wouldn't be in this situation and out $8000+ for it. But now I have a dilemma which will affect me the REST OF MY LIFE when all I wanted was to feel comfortable in my own skin. I left feeling violated by being watched by the very strangers I was trying to avoid and offered no out for, and also feeling trapped and like I wasted money by paying for more insecurity and observation. All i wanted was to be able to feel comfortable in my breasts without a man there to make me uncomfortable. But i am now permanently scarred and nerve damaged while I already have life-dictating levels of anxiety and self consciousness that affect my ability to be both platonically social and have romantic relationships. My other plastic surgeon was so confused on her methods he requested surgery notes to see if she f***** up more than she was admitting to me because he saw visual damage in my breasts from surgery. I can't believe I spent all this money to continue to feel insecure and hate my body and breasts. I can't be naked with sexual partners. I can't even look at them in the mirror. It upsets me so much. I've waited years to get feeling back and I have none and it's scary. I might not be able to breastfeed. I regret Hein so much and will for the rest of my life. I will never get my nerves or dignity back. Please do not get surgery from Hein- you will never be comfortable with yourself or partners again. My scars look like bear mauls. She will ruin your confidence.

I was extremely impressed by his incredible knowledge and attentiveness to my personal needs. On December 7, 2017 I had breast augmentation with a lift. I have never had surgery and Dr. Sullivan eased all of my anxiety. He took time right before anesthesia to comfort me once again to go over the procedure. His compassion, sensitivity and overall demeanor exemplified the qualities of the ultimate doctor. The same level of respect and caring was also consistent with his professional staff that make me feel so welcomed at every office visit. The day after the surgery Dr. Sullivan called me personally to check in and see how I was doing. While this may be a common practice for him, I felt validated by his sincerity. I had a terrible experience with one of them, he basically made reconstruction sound like no big deal, no need for physical therapy and showed me tear drop shaped implants. I decided to get a second opinion on this "too good to be true" reconstruction. I landed in Dr Kalnoki's office, SHE IS THE BEST! Not only did she spend 2 hours with me at my consult, she explained why you need therapy and what shape implants (not the tear drops because they'll flip and you'll have awkward boobs), all about risks and benefits and how to choose whats best for you, as an INDIVIDUAL. She's done a fellowship and has immense knowledge. I woke up from my mastectomy with reconstruction happy as a clam! My breasts look almost identical to before they were removed and redone! Dr K monitored me closely and her office staff, Tammy answers all my questions....Holly helps you schedule and Kris knows about insurance. They are wonderful. Being a gym/swim gorilla they kept me on a tight leash and didn't sugar coat anything. More offices need to be like that! I am going in for some fat-grafting procedures to make sure my breasts are even closer to normal. Dr K takes your own fat and injects it where you have divots and dimples. She has a very keen eye. If you don't believe me, head on in for you consult.
