She didn't check every place and seemed to take great stock in the fact that I had a mole exam within the last 3 years. The entire thing took 4 minutes. I asked about further procedures and pricing... of course, she has no idea. However, I recently had several rude dermatologists and this doctor was perfectly polite. It also showed up on my mass general patent gateway which is helpful for records and billing.

When performing the biopsy on my skin, Dr. Raynham explained each and every step in a caring way so that my questions were answered. She also worked well with her medical assistant. After the biopsy, Dr. Raynham gave me very clear verbal as well as written instructions for taking care of the wound. At my follow up visit, Dr Raynham explained the test results and further treatment necessary. She gave thorough instructions which were supported by patient education videos on the DermaCare website. The final straw was when he was leaving for a vacation after my appointment I wished him safe travels well standing next to my mom. He then proceeds to get an inch from a twelve year olds face stating "what did you say to me?" my mom stepped between us and finally believed me about how evil this man is. Please save yourself the mental scaring this man may leave on your loved ones before bringing him here. I truly believe this man needs to be looked into and license revoked.

Helen has never raised her price per unit for Botox since she opened, and she's never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary.
