I was told the turnaround would be 2-3 weeks, which worked because I made it clear from the start that I needed it done by a specific time. On September 19th, I received a call from them asking what font I wanted--something I had already chosen in person. Then, on September 22nd, I went back into the shop to show them the font again, only to be told by the lady at the counter that it was essentially my fault, and that the turnaround would reset another 2-3 weeks. This was incredibly frustrating since I had already explained the urgency on day one and was assured it would be ready. Instead of taking responsibility, they pushed the blame back on me and showed no urgency or care about their mistake. Very unprofessional and unreliable service.

I went to Champion Embroidery in a pinch for a "rush job". I was told 2 weeks. Was told I would get…read morea "proof" which would need to be approved. I neglected to approve the proof in a timely manner (lost 2 days) which made matters worse for me. This was prior to Thanksgiving and they would be closed for the holiday. (My deadline). I just asked the nice lady, "do the best you can my fault". They stepped up and finished the job prior to Thanksgiving. During the process, they were very friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to give exceptional service. The embroidery looked great and the price was very reasonable. Great place to visit for "unique" gift ideals.
