I just want to add they have a great maintenance man that is always in a good mood and friendly. And the office personal always ask how u r and have smiles on there faces.

If I call for something to be taken care of like wasp nests or a garage door not opening they are out there that day. If I have lease questions they may have to call me back but they do...that day. I've had to be late on rent a few times just for basic life things coming up, and while I did owe the $40 fee they were very pleasant, no questions asked. It's embarrassing to have to do so that was a relief. I will say a big downside is that their office is only open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and that consists of less than 40 hours a week...not very convenient.

I will not disclose exact details to keep this individual's Information private, but a person died by suicide on the property, and I called to discuss this and they indicated they were unaware. I requested they send a service out to clean up the individual's blood on the concrete in our parking lot. THEY NEVER CAME, And the ground was stained. Imagine having to walk around that every single day on your way out of your apartment. Every time you pull out of your parking spot or go on a walk, you are reminded of what you also witnessed, which was the case for my partner and I. Now- there were many other things going on in this apartment building that we're not being addressed. From a tenant housing a sexual offender off the lease, to neighbors violating quiet hours on a daily basis for the two years we lived there and NOTHING being done.. this fully impacted my partner.

We stayed at the Dolce de Vista condo in the Meadow Ridge Complex outside of Egg Harbor. The…read morecomplex was clean and well maintained. The condo was beautiful, except for the scary clown artwork. The condo seems to be a new build, with great appliances. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. Communication with Simple Life was good. I received several emails with instructions for check in, garbage service, and check out. The condo is centrally located in Door County. The indoor pool is nice but they seemed to be making improvements to the outdoor pool, which was closed. It claimed to have a fitness center but it only had 4 pieces of equipment. The only negative things I can say about the condo was that is wasn't stocked with many necessities. I would suggest bringing your own towels. We were given 6 for 7 people. We couldn't find any dish towels. They had plenty of dinnerware but the coffee cups were tiny( more like espresso cups, so bring your own). There is a limited amount of serving dishes. We were given two dishwasher pods and laundry pods( once again, bring your own) and one roll of paper towels. There's no Kleenex provided. So while the place is lovely, just know that you will have to bring in some items. And the previous guests left there garbage in the garage. I communicated this to Simple Life and they responded immediately. I didn't want to be blamed for that. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, centrally located condo. We would stay again and use Simple Life in the future.

Jordan screwed up the contract and when confronted about it saying industrial property vs commercial property, Jordan said there was not any difference in the two. when finally calling the search engine and finding out our property was never listed and never requested to be listed I confronted Jordan and Jordan cancelled my contract. saying my idea of selling commercial property and his were different. Jordan's ideas were listing the property in the Green Bay newspaper and waiting for someone to come to him. he lied, covered up and cheated me out of a sale. when asking Mark the owner about all this, Mark yelled at me like i was a child and told me good luck in the future. this is a terrible company with low ethics realtors.

The management of this property is not transparent enough and responsive to many of the residents of this community. They mostly act as a collection service to tthe Board of Directors and a mouth piece for the board to communicate with the community. That said response at times is to any residents can take from weeks to years to get any feedback or resolution. I would not recommend this Property Management Company to any new HOA' s looking to manage or change there property management.
